Terrible Experience - Not Worth the Price! I had a very disappointing stay at Ratna Resort. First of all, the TV in the room didn't work at all, and when I brought it up to the staff, they showed absolutely no interest in fixing it. Speaking of staff - there is basically no service. No one is around when you need help, and any request is ignored. No difference between deluxe and classic rooms. Its the same. To top it all off, the prices are ridiculously high for what you get. You'd expect at least basic hospitality for the money they charge, but sadly, this place fails on every front. I would not recommend Ratna Resort to anyone - it's a complete waste of time and money.

Amazing Stay with Excellent Service! I recently had the pleasure of staying at Ratna Resort hotel,BBSR, and it was an unforgettable experience. From the moment we arrived, the staff was incredibly warm and welcoming, ensuring a smooth check-in process. The resort itself is beautifully maintained, with stunning views and top-notch amenities. Our room was spacious, clean. The food was exceptional, with a wide variety of delicious options to choose from.

The rooms are very small. Don't pay before checking the room properly. Bathroom door locks are broken. And moreover we paid 1600 per day which felt too pricey for such shabby rooms. They don't compromise with the price but rooms are clearly not worth the price. Its definitely not a resort. Don't fall for the name. Just an ordinary hotel with congested small rooms.

Had been to this hotel. Very poor maintenance. No intercom from room to reception. We all are senior citizens and had go for everything to reception in person. Bathroom very untidy. No water. Ordered tea in the morning, had to wait for 3 hours and still didn't get and so cancelled as we had to board the flight. Even cats are roaming in the corridor. Total waste lodge. We booked by seeing the outward appearance. All cheating. Please don't opt for this lodge if you all want a decent ambience and good service.

I recently stayed at Ratna Resort near Bhubaneswar Airport, and my experience was quite pleasant. The hotel's proximity to the airport is its biggest advantage, making it extremely convenient for travelers like me. The rooms were clean and well-maintained, providing a comfortable stay. I was particularly impressed by the staff's behavior, as they were courteous and always ready to help. The food at the on-site restaurant was delicious, and I enjoyed trying their specialties.

Food - 0/5 Ambience - 0/5 Service - 0/5 Overall - 0/5 ------------------------------------ Pocket-friendliness : 0/5 It never matters when place is this dirty/shabby. ------------------------------------ Star of the Show : The next nearest hotel could be star of the show; because this one was pathetic ------------------------------------ I like to call spade a spade. Visited the hotel or dirty garbage bin, not by choice but by circumstance and am regretting it. When i was to be singing in there was no receptionist or a manager. There came an immature folk; who ran towards the room as soon as we went towards it; that was to spray room freshener and hide the stench of a horrendous cave(room). - We were welcomed by stench and cockroaches as soon as we entered. - Room had no warm/hot water supply or facility, they said they will but they didn't supplied it. - Bedsheets were soiled and not fresh; one can feel the sweat of previous person who lived in it. - Room had no TV unit. - Hotel had no manager and chef present. We singed in at 8:45 pm(approximately) and by 9:30 pm we made a decision to sign-out. Over all pathetic facilities to live in. Never ever ever go to this ghetto place.

Thank you team for taking good care of us. We are elderly couple who stayed at the property every time we visited Bhubaneswar. Staff are very professional and take good care of guests. Rooms are clean with basic amenities in the washroom. Yes there are few mosquitos in the property but they will provide you goodnight liquid . Food is affordable and homely. Highly recommend place for people looking for elderly and family.

As a building and room, is under maintained and untidy. Staff is really cooperative and they did their best to make our stay comfortable. Basic amenities drinking water, ac, geyser and TV were working properly. Breakfast was provided which was locally available. Overall, happy with the location, price and the staff. Mr. Babul and Mr. Sitam went an extra mile to provide service.
