Cheapest hotel i have ever seen .. they took 2500 for one towel which was not acceptable . Very bad service. Staff are arrogant. And most important one female staff sit on reception she was very rude with us . They didn't provide soap or handwash , dirty bedsheet. Never stay there

My stay at the hotel was not the best of experiences, and the only reason for me choosing it was that it's pet-friendly and has a decent rating in MMT. First, let me talk about the good things - 1. The staff behavior is very good and their helpful nature is very much appreciated, and 2. The room was clean and the sheets/towels were spotless. Now, what did not work for me - 1. The location of the hotel is pretty obscure and is quite far from the station, 2. There's no parking space and, if you have a 4-wheeler, then you'll have to park it in an open space about 50 meters away from the property - which can be very inconvenient and not a very safe option, 3. There's no kitchen in the hotel and you'll have to depend on food delivery apps or have the hotel staff get it from outside. What's irritating is that barring the small number of sachets provided in the room, there's no other option for tea/coffee, and 4. Bathrooms have some issues with drainage - whereby the water takes ages to drain out and the flow of water from the taps, shower, and jet spray was extremely slow. Overall, I feel that, once the hotel is fully operational, all these challenges will be taken care of. However, till such time, my opinions remain.

Hotel is still under construction but rooms are ready. Good rooms for the budget price . Location is great , 250mts from the mail road so easily accessible to Patia square where you can find everything. Food options not availbale yet. Service is a tad slower. Guess it will pick up when it runs full fledged. Good wifi connection which is not the case with most hotels.

Experience the best stay near KIIT square. They have yet to open the suit rooms for public, but what they offer is the best.

No lift.. rooms are overpriced according to the locality and the quality of the rooms.. Better option within a 1 km radius

Good room and staff near to main road but it's not fully ready yet. No lifts, work going on for it and many things.

Hotel got top notch amenities combined with well behaved staffs which made a great experience.

Good quality service , along with well furnished rooms & proper staff decorum.
