MAYFAIR Lagoon, Bhubaneswar

I had an amazing stay at this hotel! Everything was perfect from start to finish. The staff were friendly, professional, and always ready to help. My room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything I needed. The food was delicious, and the variety at the breakfast buffet was impressive. The location was ideal--peaceful yet close to key attractions. I truly enjoyed every moment and would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended!

Very beautiful property. Staff is super nice. They make you feel completely at home. I specially want to give compliments to Satyajit in the Housekeeping. He is very helpful, polite and super professional. |Front office staff is also very helpful. Ms. Boswaroopa is a very helpful person and went out of her way to make our stay super nice.

Had booked a room for 2 nights in December. They started some random construction work around noon with lots of noise . Called reception they had no idea and promised to get it stopped. The work didn't stop till evening .6 follow ups and no response, eventually had to go to the reception personally. Manager said the work will stop by 6 pm and asked me to change the room. Had to change the room . Construction work was going on till 9 pm . Don't understand what kind of so called 5 star does this. Taking guests for granted and making false promises. Wasting time and energy of guests is with no regards for money paid. Food at the cafe is good. Food ate court is expensive.

had booked for 2 nites . No intimation b4 hand for noisy construction activity . When raised it with the reception guys they were not aware of the construction. Had to call them couple of times and every time different replies, eventually had to meet them personally. They changed my room . Construction went on till 9 pm . Waste of money. Pretty short on services for a five star. This was always the first choice for me whenever I went to Bhubaneswar not any more .Food was good .

Property is a very beautiful one but the rooms look a little dated. Pool and food experience was really good. Staff was also helpful and a nice quiet environment all around. The greenery makes it stand out in the city of Bhubaneswar. No other hotels provide that

This is one of the most beautiful hotels I have had the pleasure to stay in! The hotel is built around a man made lake with beautiful lush gardens, doted with beautiful works of art, statues of the Hindu gods and effigies of the Lord Buddha.|A wonderful warm welcome and orientation around my suite, from the reception staff! It is clear from the get go this place is well run and focused on delivering excellence at every turn.|There are a myriad of restaurants to choose from, the main restaurant offering buffet breakfast, lunch and dinner as well as a la carte. There are a Chinese, Italian, North India, and Odisha speciality restaurants, as well as a snack bar selling all sorts!|The waiting staff were excellent and very attentive and the food fresh and delicious. I ordered crab curry which took time to prepare and it was well worth the wait!|There are two bars on sight with excellent bar staff and choice of drinks, both alcoholic and mock-tails!|I really enjoyed the hotel, the ambiance and the staff were all really friendly and very professional Hats off to the management and training staff for building a great team of people focused on us your guests! Ten out of ten!

It is a wonderful place to spend time in serenity with lush green atmosphere and sounds if births rarely heard in cities. Beautiful birds are also visible on trees. Would love to go there again. Hospitality and food was also of good quality. Surely a place to visit.

The sholay theme was amazing. Mr Kuljit served us some of the best and tastiest dishes. The ambiance was as one can expect in a family restaurant, band hich obviously was amazing as well. The thing that stands out as said above was the sholay theme. Everything was best. Highly recommend!!
