Hotel Space Setter

The location is awesome. Extremely close to KIMS. The room size decent for twin sharing. The pros ends there. The hotel rented out queen bedded room for 3 guests where neither 3 can squeeze on the bed, nor there is any space to get lay down mattress. We had rented 4 rooms and the bathroom locks were broken for 3 out of 4 rooms. Plus the floors were very sticky, showing that there is almost no decent cleaning done in a very long time. Upon checkin we had to request bedsheet changes given condition of what we saw. They did comply. Food in their restaurant was decent, especially Indian meals. They are not good with Indo Chinese but it is okay. Food prices are very reasonable. Room service is too slow for lack of employees. So use the restaurant instead.

Worst experience ever, they don't even know how to talk with Guests, they talk rudely, no service, no support, nothing. They just want to make money. Rooms are having seepage problems don't go with image. They don't even deserve 1 star note it. 3 star which is showing in their rating is because they themselves have done fake review. WORST HOTEL TO STAY

The facilities are all available here like geyser, AC, food, or even cleanliness but the only problem is being a basic hotel they keep charging you for every small thing which makes it irritating as if there's no emotion or humanity in them for anything. Not much welcoming but still you can just get going for a quick break or something, don't expect much, they do have much facilities but don't live upto it.

Dear all please read it carefully ' Don't go for this Property Dirty room with broken tiles,shipage walls only Reception interior is good And most thing is there, One lady Receptionist (Chubby figure) I don't know her name 'may be Monalisa Just Note it guys 'they people are Running a wonderful money demanding sceme ' if you with your Girlfriend. This lady is master of the game . They provide me a standard room cost of 1344/ when I get check in the room is Not for 1344 after that the lady said another standard room is available but price 1880 I am asking why ? She said interior is good sir When I clearly read and pay standard room 1344/after arguments,I leave the place sadly ' I am harrassed that time . We both are very unsatisfied' and painful things is they didn't return our money or not provided good room 'same day (21/12/2024)in Bhubaneswar heavy rain fall can't able to gone outside. Requesting to all Please don't go for this wrost property with your family or Girlfriend.

This is a very nice hotel for stay. Rooms are neat & clean ,staffs are well mannered.Restaurant food is good.Overall excellent.

The way of talking and handling customer is very bad....The hotel doesn't have common washroom for use after chech out they treat jst like you doesn't exist

Close to KIMS. Good for the attendant staying. Walkable distance. Cash payment gives an extra discount.

Worst Staff, they don't even know how to talk with guests.. Very Bad Experience, even ready to file a complaint in consumer court
