The food was great and the service was prompt and professional. Very nice ambiance. Amazing experience. Service by Pratap and Srikant was outstanding and they were really polite and helpful. Every dish was fresh and delicious. Had a great family lunch.

We are regular visitors at 9 Bistro cafe n are always happy to be here. Food is great, safed biryani, wanton soup and bali prawns are our favourite. Service has a personal touch. Anima and team do a great job.

Good staff and friendly behaviour, tulip veg was of good taste. Overall taste of all the dishes and ambience was good. Would recommend everyone. Srikanth & Imtiaz were good to us and served well. ||Will surely visit again with family and friends

My Room no is 306. We Chinmaya Singh and Jean kay alcala Singh.My wife from Philippines.i recommended to her stay here but hotel hospitality was very very disappointed . Cleaning not good.glasses are very dirty, kattle also so dirty not for use.room not arranged and properly clean. If baby with u please be careful u will do dusting yourself. Guest corridor in early morning staff talking so loud.follow the open access. They r not following open and closed procedure after cleaning the room,last time when we came from outside our door still open with cleaning card. Make training for room attendant and supervisor about the cleanliness and standard.The manager needs to take action and chk the rooms once in awhile.
