Hotel Paradise Convention

This amazing hotel situated in good location. I personally preferred this hotel because of the location. It is very nearer to my office. Staffs are very cooperative and helpful. I have asked for a dise at midnight, although kitchen was closed but reception staff arrenged for me. Thanks Paradise team. I'll come back again.

I recently booked a room here for few days, the room was great. It was clean, had a nice ambience, everything was working perfectly as it should and the bathroom was clean as well. I had a really comfortable stay here. The staff are especially very attentive and friendly but for the time being they only provide breakfast. They have no facility for lunch and dinner for the time being and I hope that they soon provide it as well. Overall it was perfect.

Pros: Spacious room. Cons: Rude owner and manager. Specially the owner keeps on changing his words. Delayed service. They cut the reception call line sometimes to avoid customer requests. Smelly rooms and washroom. Most of the amenities don't work like geyser, wifi and water tapes are clogged. The food is bad and outside food is not allowed. All in all not recommended at all unless you have no better option.

I had very nice experience staying here, the rooms are very neat, the staff behaviour is polite. The food quality served was really homelike and good. Pricing point of view it's within budget. Good experience overall

The house keeping was absolutely not satisfactory. Both the chairs in the room number 208 were soiled & dirty. The undergarment left by the previous occupant in the cupboard was not removed. The fan was also not in a working condition.The room didn't have basic amenity like a night lamp as well. The chair in the restaurant was also broken. Limited variety of breakfast . The location is amidst industrial estate so no external view as well. You can always have better options at this price. The bright side is the good behaviour of the restaurant staff.

There are many cons about the stay 1. Check in takes indefinite time 2. Rooms are not cleaned 3. Water issue 4. Hotel is always understaffed 5. Staffs do not know how to behave and time management 6. They will take forever to provide anything and everything even after repeated follow up 7. Room is not that clean 8. They will lie with straight face and deny everything Treebo is a brand please get rid of such black spots

Location good, arrangements good, food is below par, cleanliness good. Recently opened. Not completely ready. No exhaust fan in bathroom, no regulator for fan. Tea coffee maker would have been better

Hotel rooms are clean and neat with a LED TV and AC working properly with a excellent interior painting. Free WiFi available for that you have to ask the reception people. Bed quality was very good but bed sheet can be even more cleaner. Restaurant under renovation still managing to make only breakfast for the guest. Staffs are polite, helpful and attendive.. Lift facility available. Generator to manage power failure too available. Water heater available in all rooms but they can improve their service better by providing packed water bottles and better soap, shampoo for the rooms
