Hotel Pal Heights

I recently stayed at Hotel Pal Heights in Bhubaneswar during a business trip and overall, it was a decent experience with both highlights and areas that could be improved. The location of the hotel is excellent. Situated in Jayadev Vihar, it's in the heart of the city and well-connected to most key places including KIIT University, Bhubaneswar Railway Station, and the airport. There's also a shopping mall attached to the hotel, which is convenient for grabbing a quick bite or picking up essentials. The check-in process was smooth and the staff at the front desk were courteous and professional. They offered a welcome drink and helped with luggage. I had booked a Premium Room, and it was quite spacious. The bed was comfortable, the air conditioning worked perfectly, and there were all necessary amenities including a mini-fridge, electric kettle, flat-screen TV, and a safety locker. The bathroom was clean and stocked with basic toiletries. Hot water was available 24/7, and the shower area was decently maintained. Housekeeping staff were polite and responsive to requests for extra towels or room cleaning. One of the best features of the hotel is the rooftop restaurant 'Breeze'. The ambiance was great, and the view in the evening was beautiful. The food was decent, especially the Indian menu items. However, breakfast (which was complimentary) felt very average. The spread was limited and lacked variety - it could definitely be improved, especially for a 4-star property. There were a few things that could have been better. Firstly, the room I was initially given didn't have a window, which made the space feel a little claustrophobic. I had to request a change, and though the staff obliged, this should have been clearly mentioned during the booking process. Also, some in-room items like the safe and fridge weren't working initially, and it took a couple of reminders to get it fixed. The room service was slow, especially during evening hours. On two occasions, I had to wait over 40 minutes for a simple tea order. A little more efficiency here would go a long way in enhancing the guest experience. Lastly, some of the common areas could use better upkeep. The carpets in the hallway seemed a bit worn out and the lighting in the corridors was too dim for my liking. Overall, Hotel Pal Heights offers a comfortable and safe stay in a great location with spacious rooms and good dining options. If the management focuses a bit more on service speed, breakfast quality, and maintenance issues, it could easily be one of the best hotels in Bhubaneswar in its category.

Food and service was excellent. Ambiance was good. Welcome drink was awesome. Neat and clean hall stage, music system were good. Staffs were friendly and cordial. The whole team made our function beyond expectation. Thanks to the entire team

It was a sudden plan to visit Odisha at The Pal Heights for a small celebration with friends. The ambience and services were top notch.||I would like to mention Priyabrata&Puja and his team, specially . Staffs are polite and kind, always there to assist you in small things as well. Mr. Priyabrata was very polite and engaging with the customers. I really wish him luck in his future endeavours also would like to thanks Ms. Pragyan for his quick response. Excellent food & ambience. Food was amazing. Out host Ashok Kumar Hota was very nice & cordial. Excellent service by Mr Ashok. Overall great hotel, beautiful interiors, very well behaved staffs. I will come again and again. Will definitely recommend it to others

Very poorly maintained hotel. We paid 29000 as on march 1st for 4 rooms with 9 people staying. Rooms are run down. The price is atrocious for the kind of room. The room smells of moulds because of seepage. 4 star for this hotel is totally overrated. The lampshades are drowning in cobwebs. 2/4 Rooms we took didn't have A/c working properly. The reviews on booking.com are fake. If you are looking for a clean place, please don't stay here. Only plus about the room is that it is spacious and the staff here is very hospitable.

Wonderful experience. Spacious, nice and hygienic rooms with all facilities. The lobby is beautiful to sit and read or catch up. Restaurant has good variety and tasty food. The rooftop is just amazing to relax and have a drink. Staff is accommodating and sweet. Surely book this hotel for your visit in Bhubaneswar.

My recent stay in Pal heights Bhubaneswar was Exceptional. We got early checkin and the best room of the hotel by the help of |Mr Priyabrata he was so helpful and polite person . The room were so spacious and so clear it got a nice big bathroom and the best part is the bathtub. We had a two smooth days stay at the hotel
