Namaskar Golden Key was a terrible experience. The room had a dirty floor, a filthy bathroom, and stained bed linens. To make matters worse, there was no Wi-Fi on the second floor, and when we complained, all we got was a sorry and no solution. The TV remote didn't work properly, and without Wi-Fi, the TV was practically useless. This level of service is unacceptable. I would 100% not recommend this hotel to anyone. It was frustrating and disappointing.

The hotel is new and is on good location. Calling it a hotel will be wrong, it is a lodge. No basic facilities. Food delivered was below average. Rooms are very small. No reception space. I didn't like the hotel.
