Hotel Janpath

I have not seen such a useless hotel in my life, price is so high, but the service is very poor, the hotel staff specially night shifting staff behavior i never ever forgettable ..... Its my last and first mistake to came your hotel....

I recently had the misfortune of staying at this hotel, and it was undoubtedly the worst accommodation experience of my life. Let's start with the room - a dungeon would be a more fitting description. The carpets looked like they hadn't been cleaned since the turn of the century, and I wouldn't be surprised if they were home to a colony of mysterious, unidentifiable organisms. The bedspread was a delightful mix of questionable stains that I didn't dare investigate further. No place for ventilation of air. The bathroom was a breeding ground for germs and cockroaches. It won't be a surprise if you find another room's poop in your bathroom' that's how efficient the sewage system is!! The staff was a special breed of unhelpful and disinterested. In short, don't ever stay at this hotel. It's a place where comfort goes to die. Save yourself the trouble and find a better spot to rest your head.

Rooms are not clean, service is okay.

I have not seen such a useless hotel in my life, price is so high, but the service is very poor, the hotel staff is very bad and unprofessional. The rooms are too old as well as dirty. Couples don't go here even by mistake. But...Yes, bachelors can go for emergency that too you will get bed bugs and mosquitoes for free For the same price, you will find a better hotel around this... Thanks!

Due to emergency I stayed here. Location wise very good, it's on the main road near to both railways and airport. Rooms are not well maintained and even there is no charging point. Common geyser for one floor so you have to plan your morning time accordingly. Price is economic. Staffs are also polite but not professional.

I don't why such rascals are posting fake things; But I just received the reverse behaviour from the staff at late night 12 am. They're very humble, especially the properiter SUBUDHI Sir is very honest. Rooms are very good. I'm talking about the AC deluxe suite which I booked. I don't know about other lower categories. I'll give 5 out of 5

Hotel manager's behaviour was rude and didn't allow certain things and the cigarette shop was too far I had to walk a lot in the morning and the manager provided ciggerate and take 20% commision

It is near to railway station and location is also easy to commute to any place easily but tariff is too high for the room given and good if got discount from MMT 50% . No plug point for charging mobile phone . If we want to charge must remove TV plug and use the plug. Lights are not placed before wash basin. Wifi is good in second floor.specially room no.313,309. Staff are little bit rude. Must check room tariff if book online they are allotting room of less tariff if booked online
