Hotel Grand Central, Bhubaneswar

I stayed for 2D/1N at the hotel. The hotel is just 120m away from Platform 6 of Bhubaneshwar railway station. To my surprise, the train sounds were not coming into the room. The staff from the reception to the housekeeping and restaurant are very humble, and helpful. The sunflowers decor caught my attention. Do not miss out on the food. Breakfast, lunch, dinner, everything was super delicious. I asked for a parcel for my onward train journey and the kitchen staff packed it warmly. Thank you for the hospitality.

It's a value for money experience considering the quality of service, cleanliness of the rooms and healthy and yummy food at the restaurant. It came to be beyond my expectations to find the stay here to be so nice. I suggest this worth place, if you are conservative and make the staff serve you like any other good place.

Not Recommended! Very Poor Service I had a disappointing experience at this hotel. The front desk team is extremely unfriendly and unwilling to cooperate with guests. They seem more focused on taking customers' money rather than providing good service. One individual, who claims to be the owner, repeatedly dismissed requests, citing "hotel rules" for everything, making the stay very unpleasant. Rest all other staff was very helpful and had a welcoming nature. Major Issues: Terrible customer service - No willingness to assist guests. Restaurant issues - Their in-house restaurant remains closed for the entire afternoon. Food restrictions - They do not allow outside food orders, even when their own restaurant is unavailable. Overall, I do not recommend this hotel. Better to look for other options with more accommodating staff and better facilities.

The hotel is located very close to BBSR railway station. The rooms are spacious, clean and equipped with all modern amenities. The staffs are very well behaved and helpful. The complimentary breakfast offered was amazing with a lot of delicacies to choose from.

One of my favourite hotels in Bhubaneswar. If the train journey is a concern, it is my first priority. It is adjacent to the Platform No- 6, everything is available in surroundings. The food quality is good and the price is also reasonable. Hotel staff are professional, co-operative and well behaved. Rooms are well maintained, cozy but vintage feel is intatact. Overall very good hotel.

This hotel is not new, it's actually quite old, but it's charming and a bit vintage (they put a newspaper under your door in the morning, which isn't very common these days). The staff are discreet, efficient and very friendly. The rooms are very decent for the price. The food of the restaurant is good. The hotel is a 2-minute walk from the railway station, which can be very convenient. Surprisingly, you can't hear the trains inside the hotel. I will return to this hotel.

well set place, adjacent to station, my aged parents could walk to their train, own secluded car park so my road trip packed vehicle was safely secure, inhouse restaurant had tasty satisfying food and service so we didn't have to explore other options. rooms are standard spacious and could accommodate extra bed and we enjoyed a comfortable stay.

No mobile network inside the hotel , can't use internet and the hotel provides you the limited wifi after that they dont provide internet- one old man from staff talk very rudely - very pathetic experience
