Rooms had bad odour, unclean bedsheets, never cleaned towels, being used for ages possibly. Restaurant was not just unclean but simply un-hygenic and stinking.Lift was dingy. Much better Hotels in the region for similar pricing. Best avoided

The staff was great. The bedsheets and towel looks too old. Room is clean and we'll maintained. The toiletries looks like used or low quality.

Hello there! I wanted to share my thoughts on the food I enjoyed today. The flavors were absolutely delightful, and I appreciated the attention to detail in each dish. The presentation was appealing, and the ingredients seemed fresh. I did notice a slightly longer wait time, but the taste was well worth it. Overall, a wonderful dining experience that I'd definitely recommend!"

The hotel is located in a good location. Rooms are very well maintained. They have two types of rooms. One is a little spacious and the other standard. But both are equally good. They have a very good restaurant on the top floor. The rooms have a very good outside view through large glasses. Hotel staff are very humble and experienced. I stayed there with my family for 4 days. I had booked the room including all the meals. The size of the meal they provided is more than the requirement of one person. We had to limit the quantity from day 2 from our side.

The hotel exceeded my expectations! The rooms were spacious and clean with modern amenities. The staff was attentive and friendly, making my stay comfortable. Now, the food - absolutely delicious! The on-site restaurant offered a diverse menu, and every dish I tried was a culinary delight. I highly recommend this hotel for a memorable stay and fantastic dining experience.

They have started Sea food Festival from 1st Sept to 10th Sept. Today i went there and tried their sea food combo. It was just delicious. Its the most affordable sea food combo in town. Taste was great. The price was just Rs.399. And the Ambiance of the restaurant was also great. Highly recommended for sea food lovers

At very first it was decided that I will checkout at night 10.00 also I will pay extra payment for this.They agreed to this and suddenly around 8.30 pm they tell to vacant room giving very illogical excuses. I must say that,I am a regular visitor and I stay in this hotel frequently siting my official trip. Previously they alsa had made issue regarding the working condition of Gyser.This time they crossed all the limit.They forced to leave the room in night.And being a lady I must say this is the most unprofessional behaviour I have ever experienced. If possible I will give -ve rating for their behaviour.

This hotel is a Fraud . I recently stayed at GOLDEN ORCHID with my family and had a pathetic experience. Staffs at the reception desk are very unprofessional. The wost hotel experience ever . This hotel deserve a 0 star rating actually . They will charge you high price and then will tell you to checkout before time .
