Hotel Ekamra Greens By Y Hotels

Very bad experience. Booked through goibibo, they don't have proper coordination with the hotel team. When I arrived the hotel staff says that they got overbooking but the goibibo team says it's bad!!

Not stayed in the hotel but attended marriage function here. An excellent and grand hall, well maintained open courtyard. Excellent catering facility. Good quality food. Definitely one of the best function places in town.

Paid 2000/- Worst experience... Worst services.... There is no dining system, No customer priority... They provide geyser in bathroom.. But they are not working in condition...we called the reception at 10:15 pm to complain regarding geyser...they replied very useless answers.. Rooms are not proper cleaned.... I called them for a water bottle.. They told us come to the ground floor and take the bottle... No room service is there.. Dirty bedsheets and pillow they provide... I dont refer to anyone go there...

The room was unclean with used bottles in the corner. Bedsheets were dirty. There was a used sanitary napkin in the bathroom. When questioned about cleanliness we were told that when booked online they don't realise there is a booking. We had no alternative for the day and stayed there. No breakfast was served and there was no hot water. No regard to complaints. Not recommended at all. If you visit a a year later after seeing this post you may want to check if the service or amenities have improved but for now this place is not hygienic. Pay a little more and find an alternative

Room quality good but, service was very poor... Bedsheet, pillow covers are very dirty not cleaned.

The place was super unhygienic and the staff behaviour was rude and unprofessional.

The room is very nice, and the service is really good.
