HOTEL CRYSTAL URBAN PARK

I am staying in this hotel regularly from along 1 and half year when ever I come here on official purpose Very good hotel at reasonable price and have functional gym also. Came here first time by seeing the Google reviews and got permanent customer to them. Staff is nice and management is very helpful. Have complementary breakfast. Pradeep, Subhasree and hemant are very friendly.

The room was clean and spacious. One improvement could have been the lights, which are very bright.... bedside lights would have been better. The basement parking is very good as well. Food is also decent and the staff behavior was also very nice. Overall experience was pretty good.

It gelt like home. After a long hectic travelling and reaching mid night with a 1 year baby the services made the stay comfortable not only for me but for my baby as well. Thank you! A must stay for travelling and good experience.

We stayed here for two days. The rooms were clean and luxurious, and the restaurant service and food were top-notch. However, the room service was disappointing. The geyser wasn't working, and despite repeated calls to reception with reassurances that hot water would be available in 5-10 minutes, we were informed--after an hour--that the geyser was broken. They then provided a water heater, which caused a power outage. There was a lack of proper communication from the staff, and we ended up taking cold showers, which delayed our plans for the day.

8 have been staying in this hotel for last few years. It's a complete homely atmosphere. I am a corporate business traveller. Staying in this hotel always gives me pleasant feeling. Recommended to everyone from my end.

Rooms are very good, sufficient space, service is fantastic in a very good location in Bhubaneswar near to railway station. Also you can spend good time with your dearest one.

Ms. Shraddha and team takes care very well for the smooth check in 1. Rooms good. 2. Service is good 3. Food is very tasty. 4. Worth for money. 5. Mobile networks is poor in that area 6. Coffee /tea have to order seperately. Worth it!
