Greenland Premium Hotel

The service was pathetic and people working there are rude. Senior Manager lady does not know how to behave with customer. She is really rude and pathetic. She shouted at me and didn't speak to me properly despite me being in a wheelchair, She misbehaved with me when I asked for help getting down the staircase at the hotel entrance. I had to call police for harrassing mentally after coming back to the hotel in the night post my national fencing competition event. I asked them to call the owner and wanted to complaint about her misbehaviour but they didn't share his number for an hour then they called someone but he came to the hotel didn't looked like a owner he was looking more of as her boy friend who was also misbehaving with me and my daughter, police had to come and interven. She was not at all sorry about anything. Late night she made me and my daughter sit outside my room I was unwell and we had our flight early morning next day but she didn't bother at all. There were lots of cockroaches in the room and washroom, and bed bugs on the bed sheet. Wall was ceasing and termites were there in wooden furniture. I wouldn't recommend anyone to go this hotel. I checked in 27th March and checked out on 1st April 25 morning. All this happened on 31st March 25 night. Not worth at all

Worst hotel and staff group ever experienced. While checking in they questioned me (not in a polite tone) which third party app I used and how much I paid . After informing those things they asked me to show the booking receipt. Then they allocated us a room and the guy just signalled us to follow him to show the room and not helping carry the luggage. We carried our own luggage . He opened the room and left , The room was full of smoking smell and damp walls near the toilet. I went back to reception and requested them to replace the room and they denied . We just left the place without staying .

Not all rooms are similar so check properly while online booking. The room that i stayed in was stinking a lot and lacked basic ammenities for the price that we payed. The AC had no remote so we couldn't use it even though we paid for it. The receptionists were rude and not very co operative. The overall condition of the room was not very good. Would not recommend staying here.

At the price of 2500/- this is not a room to be expected. Hotel staff are not giving proper attention to it they just say it's ok we will clean the room but no one comes ever. Property owner Mr. Rajesh is just a biased person who never listens to the customer pov he just accepts whatever the hotel staff says, also gives threatening that just get out we will not give you a room do what ever you want just get out and talk to the online booking apps we are not responsible for any room designs and decor or even the conditions of the room.

Not even one star this property deserves. The way rooms are not even dogs will stay there, on above the receptionist talks like she lets us stay for free. Pathetic and very disappointing, never had such experience before. I don't recommend anyone for this hotel. Beware online folks. I didn't step into the room by just looking at it. Immediately shifted to a new hotel nearby which was far better than this with much lesser price. Zero is the rating this property deserves.
