Good service and comfortable feeling. ||Ah, this is my second time in Odisha, India. I'm really delighted to stay at Ginger Hotel. The environment here is extremely comfortable. The rooms are clean, the facilities are complete, and the service is attentive. Although there are occasional power outages, the hotel restores power quickly. Ginger hotel is one of the best hotels in the city. The hospitality was upto the mark. I am also impressed by their food served and their staff Nandan, Swarna, Pravasini in dining area. Vidya at the reception is the sweetest and most welcoming staff . My kid also loved their play area. Full five stars to the hotel from my end!

I recently stayed at Ginger Hotel Bhubaneswar from 5th April 2025 to 7th April 2025. The hotel provided a comfortable and convenient stay. The standout service for me was the exceptional housekeeping services, expertly managed by Sukanta Panda. His attention to detail and promptness in addressing my needs were truly impressive. The hotel's amenities and services were up to the mark, making my stay enjoyable. I recently stayed at this hotel and had a great experience overall. The check-in process was seamless, and the staff were extremely helpful and courteous. However, I deducted a star due to the room size being a bit small and some cleanliness issues. Despite this, I would still recommend the hotel for its excellent service. 4/5 stars.

Located at the main road. Directions may required for new people for main entrance. Rooms are okay and cleaning staff very polite and maintaining very neatly. Reception staff very friendly. Complementary breakfast is good taste. Thought to give 5 star but due to smoking smell inside rooms. Cons: Food costs are high compared to other restaurants. Feeling more smoking smell inside the rooms.

As always the best and neatest. Thank you Sukanta Panda Babu, Dolly Madam and Madhusmita Mallick. Rooms are well maintained and very practical. Overall must visit kind of place for family and office purposes.Food quality is awesome. The staff are excellent chef and food specialist.

I stayed here for 5 nights in the month of April 2025, I got a complimentary room upgrade during check-in & the housekeeping staff were very helpful namely Pravat & Jhumi who always kept my room & washroom very neat & tidy. The property is in prime location of the city. The food at Qmin restaurant was also nice & tasty, the in-dining room service was also on point. I had a very hassle free experience & enjoyed my stay, I will try to stay again whenever I'm in Bhubaneswar, Odisha.

The stay at Ginger, Bhubaneswar was very pleasant. The food was good and covered food for everyobe, staff was very friendly and helpful specially Madhusmita and Nirupama. They were always upto the mark and resolved the issues at the earliest.
