Horrible experience. The reception behaviour is very rude.They are not cooperative at all..I didn't expect this behaviour from a so called renowned hotel. Me and my two female colleague checked in. I am very disappointed. And not recommended at all .

Amazing stay here in bbsr. We were not expecting room to be clean and cozy. We reached at night and was welcomed with ice cream. Helpful staff with fast service. Great value for money. Location is peaceful.

Increasing one star for supportive staff. They will allow to make Tea of your own in kitchen. Laundry also they will help. No food available. Not even Tea. In case you are Tea lover or need Tea in morning, avoid staying here.

Good and luxury rooms. Clean and we'll designed. Super deluxe rooms have personal balconies. Cost 1600 _1800/ Not having food /lunch/ No complimentary of break fast.

Stayed there for two days. We received welcome drinks. The rooms are beautiful, spacious and clean. It has attached balcony. They also provided kettle, hair dryer , toiletries and ironing board. Drinking water isn't chargeable, they have aqua guard. Complementary buffet breakfast was good. Staff was polite. Other amenities like WiFi, geyser and ac were working well. Awesome place to stay in affordable price.

I was here for 3 days with my friends. The staffs are very professional. The pricing is very much value for money with the kind of rooms they have, with the amenities provided. The breakfast included was cherry on top. I hope they remain same and do well.
