Worst experience ever. The stink of this place was horrible! Could be smelt even before you enter the reception area. The room that was initially offered was without any ventilation with torn quilt cover and quite unclean. On showing the complete mismatch from the pictures of the online booking portal, another room was shown, a slightly better one, but with the same filthy stink, non functional exhaust fan in the bathroom, no amenities except soap. The lift was not working. The staff clueless. Food tasteless. Overall a very bad experience.

The behaviour of the staff needs to be improved, especially with Mahima, the hotel manager. She was so arrogant to handle the guests'guests. She was so rude to the guests and it is never ever experienced or experienced from those who are in the service industry. Wifi not working, there is no proper plan for the breakfast service, they do billing as per their own wish. I would wonder if you book this property thru any websites like booking.com or any other websites, they simply reply that online bookings are not accepted due to the price discrepancy with the booking sites. When you do check-in, if they are denied and demanding very high charges compared to the online rates, just think about the situation of a person who doesn't have sufficient funds for his travel or if he travelled with planned money thinking that the hotel is booked! Finally, I could say that the hotel rooms are comfortable and worth the money as per their tariff.

Nice place for family and couple also Clean rooms and staff are very cooperative. Also restaurant is available and food taste is fabulous with normal price range.

The worst Fabhotel experience ever. I have never seen such a worst fabhotel rooms and services. The room quality and facilities were worst.

Very bad experience. Late arrival was informed earlier. Paid advance earlier and on arrival at property paid all Balance amount .The room was allotted on 3rd floor, the lift was out is service , room was in bad condition, no toiletries and towel available. No tissue paper , water bottle and intercom to connect ,For everything I had to have mobile contact with front desk again and again. Toilet was dirty and filthy , smell foul. Towel given after request was very old . Front desk staff are very rude and lethargic, totally irresponsible. No value for money , no respect or affection to customer, total waste of money. Regret lot for choosing FAB HOTEL and never ever stay or recommend to anyone, even by mistake Horrible 3 Hours stay

This hotel cannot be recommend for even a one day and a BIG NO when you are travelling with kids and senior citizen. Only person named Chintu works in the entire hotel or I would say actually responds, other than that the front office person named Jaydeep.. not sure the exact name was terrible in his services moreover he is not even bothered to hear us out when I am giving the feedback, as if it doesn't make any difference, he is not even looking at me while am talking to him. Well this is not to complain about any single person. But overall..it was very bad experience..i will share few pictures here with respect to maintenance ..but the list not exhaustive. Only thing good is the location. ||However if someone is travelling alone for just a day or half . I Would say you can stay here if other hotels are not available at better price. Nevertheless they have not charged any less, I have paid 6K and change for a night for 3 rooms.|| The room was not clean, I can see spiders running on the wall, intercom wire are pulled out in every room, guess the hotel staffs don't want to be get disturbed, a plug socket was out with a naked wire exposing and was very dangerous for my 3 year old kid who was running around, thank god he did not try to be curious about the open socket. All these were repaired only when I told this to the service person Chintoo .Only after telling him he at least tried to mend these. However everyone else was unapologetic...yeah. what I forgot mention and that's my bad, even though I had a appalling experience and exponentially slow one.. the food was good, no complains there.. Thanks

Dirty smelly place, with the cost of a three-star hotel. Totally avoidable.

I was staying in this hotel from 24tg December 2023 till 30th December 2023, the staff is good and polite, but the rooms are very dirty, there were marks on the bedsheets as well as the walls as u can see in the pics attached. Other problem here is that they provide only one type of breakfast when u have a breakfast included package, which is aalo parathe that too only one piece. The service is slow, it takes nearly 30 mins for the food to come to your room. The bathroom has a weird kind of smell. I won't recommend this hotel if you are planning to stay here.
