Clean room, staff behaviour are gud Happy stay

I am only giving the one star rating for the house keeping staff. I booked a stay with this guest house for my parents and brother and made the BIGGEST MISTAKE. As soon as my family arrived, they were informed their in house resturant is closed from a few days due to some problem. They didn't find it important to let us know in advance, then definitely we would have cancelled the stay. The reason they didn't inform us was because they would have to refund the entire amount as the issue was from their end. On arrival the room was dirty, my parents had to get food from outside. The guest house didn't even have clean plates or cups. I was so annoyed when I got to know this. The owner should be taking care of such minor things, I feel absolutely cheated as a customer.

Room was clean, rather very small, bathroom was really nice very much hygienic and clean along with bathtub which I took before booking the room. Location is not that good if you want to relate it with proper city very less near by shops are available. If you are looking for a one night stay you can opt for this others please scroll for next.

I would have rated 0 if therz an option. Firstly no parking space. The hotel is probably in a worst place someone can imagine infact. Like the gali is so small i don't even want to comment anymore. Secondly the security is absolutely 0. Thirdly the rooms are tiny and disgusting. The room was not even cleaned. I regret every moment of my stat. And i regret why on this earth i chose to stay here. Please never ever and ever even plan to stay here.

Poor experience at this place, more like a nightmare. We asked the staff to recharge the TV as it was not functional. Despite requesting several times (which we shouldn't) , they never listened. AC wasn't working, geyser too. We also ordered a chicken biryani, but it they didn't seem like chicken pieces. Some other meat is served. Lift wasn't working properly. The area was congested as well. Worst thing is, when you complain about all of these things, they still don't fix it. One star rating is only because of the amazing chilli chicken roll. Do try this here.

Very bad service and behavior of staffs. They are not even bothered about the problem faced by the people. Hotel is not recommended at all because there is no back up electricity available once the power is gone.we called owner at 3am he told u leave the hotel if u want to at 3am... Least reliable... Dont stay...

This Guest house is not good. It is congested passage, lift, geyser, door lock is not working properly, no proper ventilation and also cleanliness is not done properly. Over all this Guest house is not upto the level to recommend any one.
