Hotel Suramya

I was there for ten days, it was awesome! Great location in Bhawanipatna, and the food was amazing - roti, dal fry, all sorts of noodles, soups, curries... even tandoori chicken! The staff were fantastic, especially Hemant Singh, Malaya Kumar Nayak, and Sushil Naik.

I'm writing to express my disappointment with the service I received during my recent visit. The behavior of your staff was very unprofessional and unacceptable.

Very nice experience which i feel rooms are luxurious and service mindblowing.

When I visited this restaurant with my family of 10 members they have asked to sit outside and when we scolded to the manager they said that wait for 10 mints we will arrange the table and after that we have ordered food. After half an hour they served the food and it was cold. Scolded a lot after that they served the hot food and the food was not taste at all. The manager has added more than 18% gst and when we complained about it they have adjusted the bill. Don't ever visit to this restaurant.

The ambience is not that good, the cleanliness factor has a lot to be improved and service is too poor, on being asked for the water glasses the reply amazed me saying that they are short of glasses and won't be able to provide. The waiter / manager is not ready to listen anything. I called around 4 times just to give the order forget about the timing when they served food. The table cloths are too dirty here having some spots on them, like this is a basic thing that a customer expects to be clean. One for service is too much that I provided. Totally a horrible experience here.

The service was too bad and dont ever visit to that place. When we complain about the services the manager was saying we will try to improve it. Please close this restaurant and will inform to all my friends and relatives not to visit this restaurant ever and ever.

Restaurant has nice food, Rooms are clean and comfortable. Must visit.
