Hotel prem

Irresponsible owner. Took my reservation for 3:45 AM check in. Told me to stand in front of hotel in winter night for 1 hour. reseponded to repeated calls by saying I will come in some time. Never came and after bearing the cold and mosquitoes for 1 hour I was told to find another place. Mind you this is the owner himself who did not feel like either giving a clear answer or getting out of bed to sort out an issue where the guest is stuck outside the hotel for more than an hour in middle of night at peak winter season.
