Hotel Orion

Most disgusting hotel i have ever visited,the 1)staffs are so unprofessional,after having my lunch they gave me the bill hand written on paper after i insist they gave me the actual bill which one is lesser amount then previous bill 2) No matter what item you order they will just put main ingredient in the same gravy. 3)The staff in the reception area will stare you like you are an alien You deserve 0 star

Food quality is too poor, they are giving stale food.........i hve never come to this hotel in my life

Ambience is good, service is ok....but food quality is very poor......can't choose for next visit.......

Rooms too dirty. pillow, bedsheets and towels are changed color from white to darkish. Nobody should stay in this hotel.

Food quality, quantity and price is good and affordable. Rooms need renovation.

Very pathetic room service, untrained hotel staff. Room service staff will unnecessarily ring the doorbell without asking for any service. Rooms absorbs too much moisture even whole floor gets wet as if someone has just washed the room. Not only all the walls of the rooms get wet because of absorbing moistures. Most of the times AC does not works in the room, and there is no effect of complaints for the same. No resolution would be provided even if you had complained 24 hours ago. No laundry service would be provided, only house keeping staff will come and collect the cloth and they will decide when to give the cloths and also they demands unrealistic prices also they pretend as if they are doing a favor on you. When I received the cloths after paying hefty prices my mood went upset when the cloths were stinking so hard. Bathroom is too small and untidy. Very unprofessional and pathetic service by the Hotel Orion.

Very poor quality of food and also lazy staff No hygienic food onion given with washing and Cleaning.

Approach from the NH16 is very far off. The service is very poor. For normal breakfast they told will it will take 30 mins. Breakfast they insist only the once which has been made for rooms with free breakfast. Only those will be served quick. Anything from the menu card will take their own sweet time. No point for drive through break on the highway. The food quality is ok.
