Bhadrak Hotel RK Residency

There is wifi at the "reception" but doesn't reach till where the rooms are situated. Very poorly maintained rooms. Beds are not of standard, the rest rooms are a joke. Heater doesn't work whatsoever. The rooms are of a good size and that is the only reason why I would even rate this 1 star. The service is atrocious. There are numbers listed and no one even picks up when called. Room service is a joke too. I ordered food 2 hours before and waited and waited and went out and got some food and completed eating it and that's when the food arrived. I would suggest you not to stay here if you would want a real hotel experience.

Poor service. Numbers are given but I've got no response when I called them from my room. Doesn't have wifi and room service is terrible. I wouldn't suggest it if you're hoping for a comfortable stay.

Overall it was OK - the good part was it was far off from the main city; but that was also one of the negative point as well, since you need to have either your own conveyance or ready to pay high charges for the cab.

Anyone can provide hotel contact number.I am waiting still 1 hour but can't reach the hotel, already booked via yatra.
