Pipul Odi Museum Resort

Outstanding, simply outstanding. Location - The hotel is located around 2 km from national highway and a kilometer away from OTDC. However the feeling of staying inside a mini forest gives you exceptional feeling. There are facility e.g. swimming pool, gaming zone, park and museum for guest to enjoy. Food: Food was tasty with more than average quantity. We had to return one plate of rice as we misjudged their quantity. Breakfast is good and tasty. Services: This is exceptional. The manager Bikas is always available on call to help and guide you. Rest of the staff are always supportive to make your stay memorable.

I'm genuinely surprised by the negative reviews for Pipul Odi Museum Resort because our stay here was absolutely delightful. The management team is incredibly kind and welcoming, always going the extra mile to ensure a great experience. It's unfortunate that some rowdy local visitors might occasionally disrupt the serene atmosphere of this place, but the resort itself is a hidden gem. The surroundings are stunning - lush greenery everywhere, beautifully maintained gardens, and a central pond with ducks that kept our toddler entertained the entire time! We stayed in one of the tribal mud houses, and it was both spacious and beautifully designed with cozy interiors that felt very authentic yet luxurious. The bed was super comfy, and the bathroom was impeccably clean, stocked with all the necessary amenities. The museum on-site is a treasure trove of artifacts and history - an absolute must-visit! The food menu might be limited, but every dish we tried was delicious, well-presented, and incredibly pocket-friendly. If you're looking for a peaceful retreat with cultural significance and natural beauty, this is the place to be. Highly recommend for families, couples, or anyone seeking a serene escape!

The resort has a nice ambiance, but the management left much to be desired. The booking process was disorganized, with hidden charges and sudden price hikes. They even tried to reassign our rooms, leading to an argument. After refusing to shift, we finally got the rooms we booked, but only after waiting for two hours. The manager's attitude was unprofessional, and the food was average. The saving grace was our group of friends, who made the trip enjoyable despite the poor hospitality. Wouldn't recommend it for a stress-free stay.

I recently visited this resort, and I must say I was extremely disappointed with the staff's behavior. Their lack of politeness and professionalism made me feel like I was begging for a room rather than being a paying guest. Regardless of how much they charge, good service and respectful communication should always be a priority. Unfortunately, this was not the case here. I expected a much better experience and cannot recommend this resort based on my visit.

My stay at Pipul Odi Museum Resort was deeply disappointing due to the unprofessional attitude of the manager. Basic requests were ignored, concerns about cleanliness and delayed services were dismissed, and the staff appeared untrained. The lack of accountability and poor service made the experience frustrating. I do not recommend this resort to anyone until they improve their management and service standards. Look elsewhere for a hassle-free stay.

Room upgraded with a cost but bamboo room had RAT infestation. Pool was super green n dirty. Couldnt be cleaned by staff even after request. Food was ok. Lighting of surrounding could be a little better. Not worth for stay. A Day visit to museum is ok

This second stay at the property. It was memorable stay. Well maintained with good and caring staff. In particular Mr Bikas and Ms Jamuna at reception were good at their allocated responsibility. Thanks to all. Keep it up.
