Staff are excellent. Food is great. The room furnishings to be improved. The basin point in toilet is not properly lighted. The bed linen are not odour free. They need to feel fresh free from any odour. My RN:107

A true "home away from home". The place provides you with a pleasant ambience removed from the din and the pollution of the surroundings. The members of the staff, with their charming and caring attitude, will always strive to make your stay homely and comfortable. The food is good and healthy and the "spread" of the breakfast offered will agree to your taste and requirements. Overall, I have no hesitation to rate this as a high-rated property and strongly recommend the establishment as a perfect shelter for those visiting that region. I may be excused if I sum up in Bangla "e ek mner mto ghr".

This hotel (despite being a premium one) like all other hotels in Barbil has a strict policy of not allowing adult males and females to stay in the same room, even if you're part of a bigger group. I went there in 2021, dunno if anything's changed in the past 4 years, but it is seriously regressive mentality on their part. That's the only reason I've deducted a .

Eating is fine brothers but the waiting that one has to do is irritating, if you are eating something and something goes wrong and you ask for it to be brought again, then it takes a lot of time for this service to bring that too should keep a little fast

It was a pleasant experience for our stay at the Hotel. For a place like Barbil this is a really luxury. Highly recommended.
