I have been staying here for many years because of less option available in this area. They have raise the price of everything recently but the room quality remains very poor. Not worth it. Try other hotels like The World, Hotel Prateek and some newly opened hotels

I recently stayed at this hotel, and the experience was quite pleasant. The services provided were excellent and up to the mark. The food was tasty, and all the amenities like phones and TV were in perfect working condition. The staff was courteous and helpful, adding to the overall positive experience. Would definitely recommend for a comfortable stay.

Location and amenities are good. Don't expect fresh nonveg. All items are from deep fridge. Liked the prawns salt n pepper and chicken pakoda, disliked tandoori chicken which was mild hot outside but cold inside due to taken out from fridge.

Good hotel as per location and food was so tasty, room was not so big as per tariff or room rate, but morning Breakfast buffet menu items are so very few.

Third class service ,the management doesn't care about the customer complaint.AC s not working properly ,the atmosphere of the dining is suffocating .staff doesn't concern about service and busy in making gossips only. Toilet is not good and less than average

Hotel has become very poor in services now. Room tariff is too high.

Very poor services regarding rokm and customer care...No cold water available once restaurant is closed. Not even RO water...customers are forced to buy mineral water @ rs. 32/- and 1 cup coffe cost 84/- no vehicle availability for drop ...just a plate of simple dal costs 160/- not at all recommended for any normal pupil on earth.. no even RO available for their own staff. Managers behaviours towards woman old staff is very poor and not acceptable...this hotel run by their restaurant and room service department only. Beware of getting duped here...for better reach pls share for all orissa visiting customers. Room service staff syas they will give complimentary water after 2 pm only....w*f....owner has different buisness . This is just an centre for coloring money black to white...wake up orissa government...!

Rooms are very clean. Service are also good. Staffs are friendly. Enjoyed there food also, very fresh and good quality. But there are some issues in bathrooms. Water leaking form the tapes always. Geyser is not working.
