Hotel Prateek

Hotel food is atrocious (extremely sweet flavored whatever food they serve - Vegetarian or Non vegetarian). Staffs are careless regarding guest requests. One of the staffs even intentionally harassed us by not providing Hotel car to drop us off at Barbil bus stand at the right time (it was already agreed earlier).

Hi, Don't go for a stay with this Hotel. 1. Very poor service quality. 2. Room lights are very low. 3. Bathroom not hygienic. 4. TV doesn't work. 5. No proper storage space. 6. No telephone available to connect for room service and helpdesk. Sunil

Good place to have your meals And The rooms are kinda comfy

I stay here 4days booking with my family with two kids with two executive room,really best hotel to stay here.Food is really good but slightly costly but affordable.Service is really awesome.Service boys are really best. Everyday bedsheet change with room cleaning.I suggest if anyone plan to come barbil then stay in this hotel.Their hospitality is awesome .

The air conditioner worked efficiently, ensuring a comfortable temperature throughout my stay. One of the highlights of my stay was the delicious breakfast served at the hotel. It offered a variety of options to choose from, ensuring a satisfying start to the day. Moreover, the food served at the hotel was consistently good, catering to different tastes and preferences. The staff, including the manager, were helpful and accommodating, ensuring that all my needs were met promptly. Their hospitality truly enhanced my overall experience at Hotel Prateek. I was also impressed by the cleanliness maintained throughout the hotel premises. It was evident that the staff took great care in ensuring a hygienic environment for the guests. Overall, my stay at Hotel Prateek was comfortable and enjoyable, thanks to its excellent amenities, delicious food, and attentive staff. I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Barbil

Very good Hotel to stay comfortably . The Manegement & the Staffs are very Polite & very Helpful through out my stay . Rooms are really clean & is cleaning is taken care of on daily basis & Hygiene is maintained throughout my stay . Food is Excellent & Top Notch with a touch of any 5 Star Hotel. Will always recommend to stay in this Hotel in a budget enjoying the facility of a 5 star Hotel .

Very pleasant hotel and neatly located. Has veg & non veg menu. Limited breakfast options. Rooms are very spacious. A small tea bar in the room is missing (electric kettle, tea bags, sugar & milk powder packets); would be great. Overall good experience for business travellers. They also have their own retail shop for PPEs (Personal Protection Equipment) since it is mines area with many steels plants around.

Best option among available Hotels in Barbil. Most of the rooms are good compared to other hotels. Service decent. Food is also good
