Iam stay one night at this hotel and experience is tooo good also friendly staff

One of the worst restro at Balugaon Takes 1 hour for packing 3 meal

( DO NOT GO,420/FRAUD Hotel) Today(13/03/24) I came here for a reception party.But I wish never come back this cheap minded hotel. -Worst service . -Catering very bad . -Catering staff behaviour very rough. -Food quality is very bad. -I notice their hotel management telling don't give food to guest /how less food give to guest and manage. - Technic apply by management (800 per plate) give 1/2 pc nonveg not more , Catering contuer 1(for long Q), Catering staff short, delivery start knowingly late (9pm) because less food serve . - I threw and eat front resturant.(Like me manymore). -Managment think we r fool ..he is clever ...my request to hotel owner if u want more money change it OYO.(Not lodge). Very soon it closes. -Request to klind don't choice the hotel for any purpose, damage property,ur money waisted, take other people review who went their. Thanks to owner to FOOL /cheating people.

I am attending to 13.03.2024 marriage reception function also is good arrange ment food and stage decoration thanks by hotel digantika partner alok deep restaurant and catering system.. Thanks . Very bad and wrong declaration to another people don't listen any guest and customer... I am in regular guest in the hotel and alok deep restaurant.. I am no problem face every any time .. ..

I wish that, i wouldn't come here again, Food quality & taste is very bas and quantity is not worth it(price), service was too late like minimum 45min and maximum 01hr to service, if you have too much time then should go for it, otherwise choose another resturant. The service boy not responding anything and they service stock food to you, i was very bad experience here.

I wish I could give a negative rating. I stayed one night here and it was horrible. Even after opting for a deluxe room with higher price, the room was way too disappointing. Dirty bedsheets, fan regulators not working, AC remote not working, super filthy bathroom, dirty bucket and mug, no phone in the room, mosquitoes etc are just some of the issues out of many. When I asked for mosquito repellent liquid, they responded saying there wont be any mosquitoes in winter. And now I am writing this review in the middle of the night frustrated with mosquito bites. My strong recommendation is to avoid this place.
