Nice stay. Good location. Excellent ambience. Staffs are co operative and helpful mainly Mr. Basudeb.

Perfect location with neat rooms, very good service, well behaved staff, delicious food, overall a very good hotel for stay

Checkin experience was smooth but while checkout it's irritating. No person available while checking out. Around 20-25 mins took for checkout process. Very costly compared to all facilities. Very small room Ac was not working properly. No lift facility, you have to go via steps. Poor parking space.

The behavior was very nice during check in which drastically changed during check out.. Their check out duration was for 24hrs but before that they rushed us to leave room time and again which was quite irritating... They have to keep a well mannered receptionist...

Nice service,food was delicious,staff s behavior was so good.all staffs are smiling face,best hospitality in balasore.well manner and we'll management.Basudeb is best manager in hotel.hot garlic chicken was so testy.

We went to celebrate my birthday there nice cozy restaurant with quality service,food was amazing and staffs also very helpful. We enjoyed a lot thank you so much keep it up.

Rooms are well decorated, basic hotel for short trip to Bslasore, service is very poor. This was probably my bad luck that staying there for one night was not at all comfortable, after a day's journey and work could not even get a shower as it was not working. The hotel manager said it can't be repaired immediately, suggested me to take bath to some other room
