Hotel Sand city

Amazing hotel, spacious rooms with all facilities, easy check ins and rooms service was also up to the mark

1. The hotel uses a common apartment with other shops at ground & 1st floor and hotel at top floor. I had parked my vehicle at night and got scratches and dents in the morning. 2. The services provided by the hotel are quite ordinary. The hotel has provided one local made soap of Rs. 3.00 & one shampoo of Rs. 1.00 only in the amenity kit. 3. The rooms, toilets are poorly maintained. Some of the equipments are broken. 4. Most importantly, we were served with stale food on 12.08.2021 which is quite unacceptable.

For me, it is great.because it is very close to my home. Best things about beach is red . If you are young then you should come to this place.

This is a neat and clean hotel with good furniture. Food for main course is also good and tasty. Overall experience is positive but lacs professional approach e.g. during power cut they use inverter to provide few lights in room and toilet but no power in tv, cable settop box, other plugs for charging devices and last but not the least AC. They hv DG but do not run it to support ac. Reg. complimentary BF ... there is no buffe rather one or two menus to choose from ... no fruits no juices. However a short stay is not bad.

Had the worst experience ever! In the first day everything was alright. From the second day onwards there was no basic room service/cleaning provided by the hotel. There was a constant issue with electricity and our bathroom was in utter darkness. The TV was not working, the Fan was not working, and even the telephone inside the room was not working. When complained several times, the receptionist said that they were working on it and offered to change our room. However, we denied stating that if there's electrical problem in the hotel then how can the other rooms be problem free?! Anyways, I would definitely not visit this place or recommend it to anyone.

Very 9ice place to stay when in balasore for a short period. Hotel charge is reasonable. Atmosphare is good. Staff behaviour is also good. You are getting a complementry breakfast which is fresh and tasty also. Locality is also approachable. Escalator facility is also there. Got for it you will get a wonderful experience.

Absolutely not value for money....no gyser in wash room,even its not clean,shower not working. They are charging around 1500+tax/room but not even giving a mineral water bottle, Housekeeping staffs are not professional. They leave used towels in room and change it if u notice and inform them. The only good thing is ATM, restaurants and market is just bellow the hotel.

This is the worst Hotel I had ever stayed. Nothing seemed to work here. The lift doesn't work and hotel is located at 4th Floor. AC doesn't work. Rooms are dirty. I found few spiders and cockroaches dancing on the bed. Wash room looks like public toilet. TV was not working. Repeated calls to room service went unanswered. Icing on the cake, the food was terribly bad. It was a nightmare staying at this hotel. This hotel should be closed immediately.
