Had an Excellent stay with my friends at Hotel Heritage Inn! It was indeed a great value for money and our stay at this Hotel exceeded all our expectations. Overall...Friendly staff, clean rooms with well- maintained bathrooms and delicious food. Highly recommend for a comfortable and memorable experience in Balasore!

Excellent Experience: Rooms 5/5 Service 5/5 Hospitality and staff behaviour 5/5 Food 4/5 (No complaints though) Restaurant 3/5 (Give restaurant a skip if you are a foodie and ambience matters to u) Value for money and overall experience 5/5 Hotel is 1 km from balasore railway station. You can get public conveyance easily to reach there or if you like to walk reach there in 15 mins using google map. Don't judge a book by its cover, the front and first view of the hotel may not be Lavish, but once you are inside rooms, it's a different story. Rooms and service is like a 4 star hotel. I stayed in the Classio room - it's a spacious room. I like Balasore city, cleanliness, people here are warm and welcoming. Auto walaas have strong union but they are not rude. Mr. Sunny Nayak - Estate Manager is a humble person. Helped me through out.

Very good hotel to stay. Excellent servicr and very friendly behaviours of the staff. They offered discount and food quality is excellent. In balasore this is a good place to stay. Location is perfect for city work

We stayed here for one night with our pet dog and found the place to be very good. Location is convenient, about 10 minutes from the highway. Room was spacious and clean with all necessary amenities and the food and service were very good. There is also ample, safe parking space inside the premises. The owner, Mr. Nayak, was extremely helpful and made sure we were comfortable. If you're travelling with a pet, this is an excellent place to stay.

I had a great stay at this hotel! The rooms are spacious, modern, and well-maintained, offering great comfort and a pleasant atmosphere. The service was excellent, and the staff was friendly and attentive. It's definitely one of the best hotels I've stayed at in the area. Highly recommend for a relaxing and comfortable experience!

Overall, a very enjoyable stay. The property is well-located just off a main road in town. Very attractive property throughout - common areas, the sleeping/living area and bathroom. Friendly and professional staff. Very good wifi. Included in the tariff were a choice of excellent breakfasts served in the room. However, the hotel's muzak is, at times, intrusive, impinging on quiet enjoyment of one's room. Also, my bathroom was poorly maintained: only one of three possible lights was working, and the shower handle came off in my hand every time I used the shower, making water flow consequently difficult to control.

Superb rooms, really recommend to stay atleast one night. Complimentary breakfast need to improve big time to attract corporates. Food options / Spread should be more
