A nice hotel where you can spend time with family, friends and couples too. Staff behavior and responses are so nice and friendly. Also there is no problem for parking. The restaurant on the ground floor also has good food and the waiter recommended dishes were also very good. I'll definitely recommend this hotel for a stay and for food too.

We have booked 10 rooms in this hotel for a group stay from 8th to 10th December 2024, this was really the worst experience here, first time visiting in Odisha and this hotel made this journey a nightmare, staff were rude and arrogant, no proper food service, in morning we asked for morning tea and they baught it from near by shop and server it and it took 2 hour to get a tea even from local shop not from hotel kitchen, next day no room service they didn't clean rooms, it was too hot for us in Odisha since we are from North India and fans and AC were also not working, they promised to provide extra pillow and blanket while booking since we were 3-4 in a room but at last movement they also denied to provide blanket and pillows, overall very worst experience in Odisha made by this Hotel, we expected that we are coming from other state and will get warm welcome but we get only disappointed. Lastly, I suggest not to visit this hotel owner, managers and staff are very rude they don't listen at all they even didn't provide their restaurant area to use for lunch since it was from outside.

Rooms are okey and comfortable to stay but the most important thing is their hospitality to the costumer . You never get disappointed with their hospitality.

This is the worst and most disgusting hotel in Bolangir. No one should go here, they provide bad service and demand extra charges.

I recently stayed at JK Residency and loved it. The room was very clean and spacious with modern decor. The bed was super comfortable, and the bathroom had nice toiletries. The staff were friendly and helpful. The location was perfect for exploring the city. I highly recommend JK Residency for a great stay.
