Hotel Jagannath Palace

We visited this restaurant as a family of 9, including kids. Unfortunately, our experience was extremely disappointing. The food was served over an hour late, and when it finally arrived, the rice and roti were cold. The service lacked basic professionalism, and the staff seemed indifferent to the fact that hungry kids were waiting. What kind of restaurant serves cold food and expects customers to accept it? After pointing this out, they took the food back but didn't remove it from the bill until we explicitly requested a deduction. Overall, very poor service, lack of common sense, and a pathetic attitude from the staff. Would not recommend.

The service was good but the food was a bit spicy for my liking. If the management took care of that, the place is a great place to be.

Very good quality everything, starting from 1200.toilets very clean.

We stopped here for a night stay, the owners Mr Rajat and his brother are wonderful hosts. The property is new and fare was also very genuine 1k for non ac and 1.5k for ac rooms. Family's can stay as it is safe. House keeping staff must check all the latches and door mounts for cloth hanging..

Best hotel to stay with great cleaness and good service from hotel staffs. Rooms are also best in budget
