OYO 44653 Lunch Land

I found this hotel on my way back to Bhubaneswar. Location was good. Tariff is on a higher side, but they will offer you a lower price if you don't need a bill. The guy in the reception was very arrogant and ask for advance payment. The towels and pillow covers where used and I had to request to change them. Services are pathetic. Occupancy is zero... Would strongly suggest not to stay here.

Rooms are good. Services are good. Location have situated in the best place.

Poor Service, I stayed for 3 days up to the last day no TV recharge done. Every time they replied that we did in some time but some time did not come. They ask for money in check in. I said to them i'll pay the whole amount with the food bill at the time of check out. But do not ask Que. Policy applied here. No wifi given here. One incident happened that a hotel person called me at 8 pm to me on that day and say to me that I left hotel without paying bill and with room means they remember me that when whole day passed. Amazing. My plan is to stay for a week but that type of service I change my mind. I came for business trip with solo. Food is Good. Ambience is Good.

I didn't use the hotel. I had the lunch here. Tasty food at reasonable price. You can spend time in park which is there at restaurant premises when you are travelling along with family. Bar facility also available, if you want to chill out with friends. Car parking available.

Worst behaviour of the staff, and without any reason the owner misbehaved with us. The food was terrible and the price is rocket high. So think 1000 times before going to this hotel.

Located in a isolated place in b/w Atagarh and Cuttack food is really good. Has bar facility in the 1 st floor. Rooms are also good best time to visit is in winter as you can see peacock within the hotel area

I visited this restaurant on my drive from Rourkela to Bhubaneswar. I passed Athagarh and exactly 9 kilometres from Munduli,I came across a hotel LUNCH LAND exactly 5 minutes to 2 in the afternoon. It lunch time,feeling hungry and we had passed on number eateries, not feeling comfortable. Lunch land was perfect, beautiful,spacious,good parking lot.We entered,and the ambience was exotic. Food was good. Cumpolsory vegetarian on a Thursday. Now have to taste non veg. On a different day. Calculated that it would be perfect for breakfast while comming from Bhubaneswar. It's a paradise in remote area. Can spend some days in the hotel if a person wants respite from busy life.
