Visited this hotel once for business trip... stayed there for 6 nights.... Would be one of best in that area... pretty good breakfast variety... dinner being served to room pretty faster... check in and check out is really hassle free... overall ambience is good... some rooms are quite aged and management can focus on timely renovations and keep the room up to date... i love the same day laundry delivery... they offer compliment cookies with a candy every day... paid snack basket and cool drinks are available..

Quite good and budget friendly hotel. Staffs are cooperative. Service is good. Food quality is good but costly compared to the star rating. Parking area is spacious. Pool is clean. Variety of options in breakfast.

Great experience overall. Stayed there for 24 days long and I enjoyed every bit of time I spent there. Very polite staffs, scrumptious foods and quick service is Unique selling proposition of this hotel. I would highly recommend everyone to book their stay in this hotel for the luxurious experience. Mr. Biswanath Patra, Mandakini Jena and team are the persons you can vouch upon during your stay here. They are really sweet.

Visited here many times and faced same problem at reception while checkout . I offer cash payment but reception never accept saying it has no change money for return. Is cash payment banned here ??

Bad service.Hotel rooms are very dirty. We got cookies complimentary which are bitter and not eatable.There was a loud sound coming into the rooms from the AC vent outside until late in night.Avoid staying on 3rd and 4th floor.

I had a terrible experience at Kamlesh Continental..despite clearly informing the staff that I am vegetarian..they carelessly served me non-veg food..I took a bite before realizing their mistake which was extremely disturbing..this is completely unacceptable and shows a lack of professionalism and respect for customers dietary choices..If a restaurant cannot handle basic food instructions they shouldn't claim to cater to vegetarians..this kind of negligence is disrespectful..train your staff properly..or risk losing customers..Also I'll never return and do not recommend this place to anyone who values their food choices..

He maintains excellent relationships with customers and personally ensures their concerns are addressed promptly, making every stay comfortable and hassle-free. Similarly, Ms. Simly, who joined the restaurant in 2019, has been a game-changer. Her exceptional management skills and commitment have resolved almost all concerns related to food and service. She is one of the best employees I have ever encountered in the hospitality industry. Her efficiency has transformed the dining experience, earning high praise from guests. Today, Kamlesh Continental Hotel stands as the second-best hotel in Angul after Shakti Continental in terms of Ambience but ranks as the No. 1 hotel in terms of peace, hospitality, service and quality.
