Hotel Shakti Continental

My experience at this hotel was quite disappointing in several aspects. Firstly, the food quality was not up to the mark, especially considering the price point -- it simply didn't meet expectations. Secondly, the driver rest room facilities were in a pathetic condition, showing a clear lack of basic hospitality. Additionally, during check-out, I was wrongly accused of breaking a water glass. Although the allegation was eventually waived off after a long argument, the situation was unpleasant and unprofessional. Overall, I would not recommend this hotel based on my experience. There are better options available in the same price range.

I was rather astonished to discover a hotel of this caliber in this particular location. The amenities provided were exemplary. The check-in process was efficient. The room met expectations; it was tidy, clean, and spacious. Toiletries were supplied, and the standards of a four-star establishment were upheld. The accommodation was comfortable. Laundry services were accessible. However, I am somewhat disheartened by the absence of assistance from the porter, which may have been attributed to my casual attire following an extended journey.They did not provide me with a soft copy of bill.

Very bad experience only due to Manager Mr. Ganguli. His behaviour towards customer is very vary bad I think he should learn how to talk to hotel customers. He is not at all eligible for Manager I would request the hotel owner to immediately take action against his and remove him immediately for the sake of good reputation of the Hotel.

The rooms are clean. Have a good restaurant with good food. Better in location & room rate. But they charges Rs. 148/- ( one hundred fourty eight Rs) to me for 2 bottles of mineral water. It's too high.

The location is exactly as described on google maps. It is on the side of the highway and can be easily located. The place has good parking space and has a dinning space that serves food and non alcoholic beverages. There is another space which serves hard liquor and cocktails along with ordered food. The food here is really nice. You can go to this place both friends and family. The location is clean and the average price per person is less than 1000 including food and beverages.

Front desk staff was very Rude, Security was same rude , Only 1/2 ltr. 2 bottle is being served or else RO water will served , Wifi is not at all secure than how come it's called 4 Star Business-Class Hotel which is approved by Ministary of Odisha Government I totally disagree with this ,

The worst management I have ever came across is shakti continental. There are better options in Angul whose rooms might not be as great but they will compensate in customer relationship and service.

Worst service and worst management and staff behaviour, they do no respect the customers, they take them for granted. The hotel management is not customer friendly, they do not consider the smallest request. Worst experience, only stayed in this hotel because of good food and clean rooms, that's it.
