Hotel Jasmin Palace

Came across this majestic hotel on my way to Sambalpur. Hotel is located at prime location on the main road. The reception staff was very welcoming. The rooms are of decent size, the linen is clean. Washrooms are clean but the only problem is that they were stinking. Request the management to look into that. Rest all is absolutely perfect. The food in the restaurant is delicious. Their dry mutton dish is a must try. Along with Butter chicken. Special thanks to Parvati , Manisha and Mr. Bipin Sahu who were very prompt in their service. Please look for them when you want excellent service. Good job team Jasmin Palace !!! Thank you for a wonderful experience.

It was a nice experience at this place wonderful service food items tastes yum and just naan here is what I find little off in taste and everything else was awesome

This place is good. Tasty food.. but for customer satisfaction the restaurant has to change some policies. Simple example is complimentary onion slices. *People travel here for business, not for tourism.

I highly recommend Hotel Jasmine Palace to anyone visiting Angul. The hotel's excellent service, comfortable rooms, and delicious food make it an ideal choice for both business and leisure travelers.

Starting from the reception, Ali Sir who has been allocated, has a very welcoming approach, making the check-in process very smooth. I would like to specially thank Ms. Priyanka and the other lady from the restaurant for their amazing service during the lunch, also Mr. Prashant in the breakfast timings. Good work. However, the room(203) was lil bit dirty, as well as the washroom, the water supply tap was loose. Just a suggestion, to make it clean. Rest everything was okay, thanks.

we stay for 2 days and the hotel staff is corporative but the manager is not corporative and the room spacious is very small as per compare price high. hotel outside nearby no market,even there are no facilities any. food quality is OK. be aware the manger confuse you for 50-100 r.s. charged in the bill. not very good experience.
