Terrace Villas Serviced Apartments

What a lovely place The Terrace Villas are. My grown up daughter and I were travelling for a family event and we were lucky enough to be upgraded. The 2 bedroom villa was lovely and spacious..a home away from home. It was clean and very comfortable. Incredibly quiet at night so we both slept well. Although on the hill above central wellington it was easy to walk as long as you found out the tricks of using lifts and elevators to get back up. Car parking was great outside our door and worth the $$. Uber to town cheap. Great friendly service..thankyou Gavin.

Being new to Wellington, Terrace Villas has been an excellent choice for my short stay. The apartment had a peaceful ambience and was comfortable, secure and warm with good natural light and access to a balcony. ||The location of Terrace Villas made it easy to live and work. The team have been great, very efficient and always helpful.

We stayed here for 5 weeks when we were in between house moves and it was such an easy solution for us! Convenient, comfortable, it had everything we needed and the staff were all super friendly and welcoming. It was a refreshing change from most short term rentals, with a properly equipped kitchen, lots of space, excellent storage and cosy beds. We had our 4 year old with us and she's still disappointed that we had to leave. Highly recommend!

I stayed here for 4 weeks after moving to Wellington. The apartment had everything I needed to settle in to a new city. It was well located with a beautiful view and quick walk to the city centre.||The kitchen had all appliances needed (oven, microwave, hob, dishwasher, kettle), and there was an iron/ironing board and hair dryer provided also. The staff were helpful, friendly and responsive. ||It was a comfortable stay and I would recommend!

Terrace Villas Serviced Apartments is made up of a number of properties along The Terrace, Wellington. I stayed in a spacious and very comfortable one bedroom apartment at 202 The Terrace during a recent trip. It had everything needed for an enjoyable visit, including a fully equipped kitchen and laundry. A balcony was a bonus with this apartment! Within a walking distance to all the attractions and harbour. Great base from which to experience all that Wellington has to offer and to rest and relax after a day exploring. Thanks to the friendly front office team of Gavin and Duane who were very helpful in organising my booking and answered any queries in a prompt manner. Recommend booking directly to get the best deals. Note that The Terrace is located above the Wellington CBD so be prepared to walk up sloping footpaths and/or lots of stairs (e.g. to/from Charles Street) to return from the city centre.

A completely furnished, one bedroom apartment at rates competitive with nearby hotels. The kitchen came complete with all appliances and cookware. Complete laundry facilities in the apartment. Fast and reliable Wifi. Perfect for a three month stay. ||The building offered privacy with one of the best views of Wellington and the harbor. A 10 minute walk to restaurants and a 15 minute walk to the harbor. The staff was friendly, professional, and always seemed available if needed. Parking is tight in the neighborhood, however safe, off street parking was available at a small rate. For my next trip to Wellington, this will be my first choice.

We spent a month at Terrace Villas to be with our daughters living there. It has been an absolute pleasure to live in the apartment offered to us. Both the Manager Gavin and his right-hand man Duane went the extra mile to offer us the most suitable unit, taking into account my wife's difficulty to walk. From offering extra chairs, to meeting other special little needs, they did their best to make us feel at home throughout our stay. This has been our 4th time choosing Terrace Villas for a long stay and I must say it will not be the last. Thanks again to Gavin, Duane and even the friendly cleaners for the awesome service!

We stayed in two of these apartments, and they were both exactly what we needed. Gavin couldn't have been more accommodating. He was very helpful, assisted us with further booking extensions and accommodation request. |The apts were clean, and fully equipped, especially the kitchen. The cleaners were very respectful of our privacy and accommodating too.|We definitely recommend Terrace Villas.
