Rydges Wellington Airport

We have stayed here a few times now and absolutely love it. Great location, the rooms are always well presented and very quiet for being at the airport, the staff are so friendly and the restaurant has more than enough options to offer. Couldn't be more convenient than right next door to the airport and u don't have to go outside to get to the airport! Great for the early red-eye flights. Had a meal at the restaurant very good and convenient

Excellent stay at this hotel on a business trip. Checkin was a little late and there were long queues but they gave me a voucher for a drink or two at the bar. Once the room was available the checkin process was quick and efficient. The rooms are modern, comfortable and most importantly for an airport hotel, soundproof. The runway was right outside the window but it could have been 50 miles away. Really efficient self checkout process at 4am to catch the flight to Sydney, and so pleasant just to commute down the escalator to the checkin desk rather than hassling with a taxi to the airport at that hour of the morning. Fully recommend

Great location inside Wellington airport. Especially convenient for late arrival flights. We were offered a late checkout due to our late arrival, which was much appreciated. Staff were accommodating & professional. Rooms were clean & compact with good runway or water views.

We arrived early at the hotel , the staff were very friendly and checked us in early which was great! It is perfect location for flights as the hotel is actually in the airport, lift straight to check in and departure lounge. There is a shuttle bus that goes from airport to Wellington station and stops at locations in between for museum etc. Stayed here a couple of times now and would definitely recommend.

We stayed 2 nights for a business trip and one extra because of a flight canceled. We enjoyed every minute staying at Rydges Wellington Airport. The room was spacious enough for two people, it has everything we needed, we even used the iron and the ironing board that was provided in the room. Shower and bathroom were also a good size and clean. Service at the front desk was top notch as well, all questions were answered and they were so friendly. Also being in the airport but we didn't hear much noise from the airplanes. And the convenience of being in the airport makes everything so easy, the AirPort Express and Uber were great options too. We would stay here again when we are in Wellington, highly recommended them !

Checked in, restaurant closed, limited menu choices from kitchen, looks like menu has changed since last visit. Room was tidy but mould in shower,no milk in fridge, phone didn't work for reception, room service etc,shocking for the price! Grabbed a burger off the departure lounge services, better option. Found out from another previous guest,they had same problem. Had to walk to reception when we need milk,food order etc.

The only hotel in the airport so very convenient. Room was not cleaned properly. Dirty hand towel on the side of the bed. Undetermined kind of food left in the freezer by previous occupants. Not great Rydges... The first concierge we dealt with was arrogant and not friendly. Totally unimpressed by the service.
