Rongotai Apartments

Clean, great location, handy to both village shops and the beach - couldn't ask for anything more! Had everything we needed - wonderful beds, super spacious outdoor area, great kitchen and 2 bathrooms which really suited our needs. They've really thought of everything in their provision right down to the salt and pepper - nice touch guys! Thank you Andreas and Spiros really easy and friendly communication, check-in and check-out better than the many hotels we've stayed at. Have definitely scored our new pad for Wellytown now.

Awesome accommodation, had more than we needed and great service. Clean, tidy and well looked after. We had four adults and three kids and there was space for all of us. We had a great sleep and even though it was in the city it was quiet and there was off street parking which was great. We have reccommended these apartments to a number of people who we know are heading to the capital and look forward to having another visit sometime soon.

Great property for our family of four. Modern, clean, safe and close to where we needed to be for our 11 day stay prior to moving back into own house which was only a couple of blocks away. Only downfall was the tricky (tight) off-street parking but this really was only a minor inconvienience. Spiro was a great host and always very helpful.

Great accommodation option if you are looking at staying in the Kilbirnie area. Very comfortable beds and very clean only a stones throw from the airport and not far from the city centre. Our group of four adults, three children and one baby all fitted nicely. Spiro was a very friendly and helpful host. We would stay there again.

My 5yo son and I recently had a week in Wellington.||I can't drive so needed to find somewhere easily accessible to the airport and city using public transport. ||Rongotai Apartments was in the perfect location. 2 Supermarkets across the road plus chemists, banks and all the other shops you need.||Using Snapper card we could get around easily with buses to the city ever few minutes even on Sunday. ||The apartment itself was great, we made full use of the full kitchen.||My son was able to ride hos scooter around in the courtyard and the bedrooms super comfy.||Great communication from the owners.||Highly recommend, we'll be back!!!! ||Thanks Spiro!

We needed a place for 4 adults at very short notice and this was perfect. Clean, comfortable, very well appointed, and conveniently located. 3 bedrooms with double beds, 2 bathrooms, laundry facilities, and a fully equipped kitchen as well as the off-street parking. Great response and service from our host Andreas. Just brilliant really.

Modern equipped apartment that is close to the city, airport, shops and bus stop. Good cooking facilities as wellThe owners are very responsive and quick to provide you with anything that you need. Great for groups as there is three bedrooms and two bathrooms.

Fantastic apartment. Extremely clean and well catered for in utensils, microwave, oven, elements, fridge, etc. Nice outside area for summertime. Super comfy beds. Great hospitality and easy check out. Would definately stay again!!.
