I am leaving this feed back in the hopes that moving forward, this will not happen to another family.||||We had purchased promotional tickets on line for the kids menu. Upon arrival in the restaurant the Supervisor had informed me that she knows nothing about the kids promotion. She declined to authorize this special and made me go back to reception, to speak to them regarding this promotion. This took half an hour to resolve this issue. She was then resentful towards us for the rest of the evening. On the second night she varied the content of the voucher and stated that we could only have (with the kids menu) the dessert or the soft drink, with the main but not both options. We then had to go back to reception to authorize approval. This was clearly stated in the wording of the April promotion this includes for a kids menu main, dessert and soft drink. The supervisor then again argued the point at which time we then had to go back to front desk to resolve this issue. She was still argumentative even though we showed her the promotion that was on line. We found this to be rude and unprofessional. Hopefully this will be resolved moving forward.

We enjoyed our stay in Novotel Welling, the room was nice enough and it was great there was a bath which did get used after lots of walking around town. The extra woolen blanket in the cupboard was also appreciated and used. It was disappointing that the floor under the furniture was not clean and the couch had food down the sides of the cushions, both things did not get resolved in the three nights we were in the room which tells me the servicing was not done very well. The staff were very helpful and efficient, it was especially good how they described the various lifts to get up and down to the shopping area.
This was a very nice hotel and our room was great. There was plenty of room for our luggage, especially since were only stayed 2 nights.||We had absolutely no issue with our electronics since there were outlets everywhere. The same could be said for lighting - lights and light switches seemed to be everywhere.||The room had a nice sized refrigerator. The bathroom had plenty of room on the counter and in the shower for toiletries. The shower worked well and had plenty of really hot water (a plus for me). ||Staff was very accommodating. We like to have ice water on the bedside tables, and they provided big buckets of ice each night. (Thank you for that!)||Breakfast had a wide variety of options, and the food was plentiful.||Our only complaint (and it was not really a big deal) was that it was difficult to see the TV from right side of the bed.||In general, though, we enjoyed our time here.
Excellent and welcoming staff, comfortable place to stay for four of us. We had a good view on the top floor. Location was perfect and food was nice as well. We could find parking outside the hotel without any issues which was great.
I recently stayed for two nights with my son and had a fantastic experience. Initially, I was concerned about our late arrival, but the clear instructions provided made check-in a breeze. Our room boasted a stunning view, and the food exceeded all expectations. Every aspect of our stay was perfect.
I would like to thank Imogen (think that was her name) She was fantastic, especially given my booking was less than straight forward with multiple rooms. In fact every staff member I came into contact with was lovely.
Excellent bed, pillows, bed linen and a big bedroom too. Very good bathroom. Good sized desk, but strange that there are no power points on that wall. Reception staff were very 'on the ball'. Good selection for breakfast but the buffet cooked items were usually luke warm. Great location. Would stay here again
We spent a couple of nights here and it all went swimmingly. The room was clean and comfortable, with nice bedding. Excellent staff. Now the location is very close to loads of shops and eateries, however it's not as easy as walking out the door and heading down the street. It's the darndest city block design I've ever seen. There's a set of elevators on the back side of the building that takes you to a lower level where you can access the street there, after walking through a corridor. Getting back that way is also different if you are walking back late in the evening. For newcomers it can be totally confusing. Better signage would help.
