Brentwood Hotel

We love the Brentwood Hotel. All the staff are so accommodating, so friendly. They went out of their way to help in any way. Their airport shuttle goes at any time when needed. |Breakfast was good, lunch was fine but dinner was a bit of a hit and miss affair. The bar was great.|The hotel is VERY dated and they really could do with an upgrade. |Otherwise, our stay was most enjoyable and thank you for the wonderful service we got.|

My plans changed and after having booked only one night I needed a second night. Nothing was available online but the receptionist managed to find me a room. Free parking which you don't get in central Wellington. The curtains were great at blocking out light. It is an old hotel but clean, and I like having chains on the doors. There is a tiny patio area (ground floor) but it was too cold for my morning coffee. I didn't get a chance for a swim but the pool looked great. Good wifi. Close to supermarkets. Shower was small. It is very convenient to the airport but I wasn't bothered by any noise.

It's close to the airport and next to a school. Some of the rooms are a bit tired. I've been told they are doing them up slowly. I've been here many times for Hui's. Small menu but nice food. Accessible rooms are ok depending on your level of mobility. Overall, it's a good place to stay.

Great service from Leo on the front desk who was really helpful, taking an interest in our needs and being quick to make sure we were getting the most of our booking. Very good price for the type of accomodation we were after. When you are about to go on a family trip and need somewhere to spend the night this is where we always stay.

Nice hotel in a convenient area, but still expensive. It has the rustic experience with its old looking rooms and building. The rooms floor requires good maintenance as the room floor squeeks when you walk on it. There's no late check-out, so check-out is stringently 10AM. Mainly they rely on conferences and contracts with other companies rather than individual room stayers. Overall good enjoyable experience, not too bad.

A basic hotel with great service. It's all about the location & this hotel has close proximity to Wellington International airport. They also provide a 24 hour complimentary shuttle service to the airport, which is great for an early morning flight. The hotel has a bar & swimming pool, the staff are friendly & helpful & rooms are comfortable but a little jaded

The rooms upstairs are very dated. We wanted an hour for our room service to be delivered, had to ring twice. Heard people walking & talking past our doorway during the night. Great location to the airport.
