Astelia Apartment Hotel

Spacious, clean and tidy, small bathroom but that allows for the washing machine, watch your toes on the doorstop though! Great service, large sliding door partially barriered off was great as it was hot with no AC. Parking building across the road was perfect. Arborist Bar below hotel is awesome too.

Nice, central location. Well equipped, comfortable rooms. Walls a little thin, aka heard neighbour's TV, but 10pm quiet hours made it fine. Would reccomend.

We chose thie Astelia as it is in a great postion for closeness to a number of cafes, walkable to the TSB events centre and Te Papa and the rates are reasonable. We stayed our first two nights in a king apartment on the 10th floor. It was light and spacious and great to have a window that opened in the sitting room. Yes, as mentioned the bathroom is small and only allowed one person to use at a time.|After Jetstar cancelled our flights we were both able to rebook into lovely premium one bedroom queen apartments on the 9th floor which appreared to be newly refurbished. All our rooms were quiet,the beds comforatable and shower pressure great.|Communication with both receptionists and reservations was friendly and helpful. |But the icing on the cake was when I was phoned to say that housekeeping staff had found my missing wallet in the room! Massive thanks to them as it must have slipped between the sofa cushions or below the sofa.|We will definetly stay here again when next in Wellington.

Well located, clean and comfortable, only serviced after 7 night. We rented an apartment, would be nice to have amenities refilled.

Nothing to fault with these apartments - friendly service, very generous size rooms, great location & loved having a washing machine.

Amenities exactly as described, quiet once the nearby bars closed, very accommodating service, and not too expensive. I have no complaints and would stay again.

Luckily stayed here in winter as this place has no air con in their rooms so I would not stay here in summer. Room layout is also bizarre with bedroom being close to the front door. The living room is further away from the door. So when you try to sleep you hear any movement outside including the neighbour opening and closing their door as it is so close. Old style place. Great location is the best thing about it.
