Ascot Motor Lodge

I had an absolutely fantastic stay at Ascot Motor Lodge! From the moment I arrived, I was warmly welcomed by the friendly and accommodating staff, who went above and beyond to ensure my comfort. The room was spotless, spacious. The bed was comfortable, and the amenities provided made it feel like a home away from home. The location was perfect--conveniently close to hospital, I was particularly impressed with the attention to detail in cleanliness. I highly recommend Ascot Motor Lodge to anyone looking for a comfortable, and friendly place to stay.

Ascot Motor lodge exceeded all expectations. Location is perfect, cleanliness is excellent. For everything this place has to offer Ascot is very well priced. We booked a queen suite, which was 2 storied, Including an oven in kitchenette, 2 tvs ( 1 up stairs and 1 down stairs ) bed was very comfortable. Highly recommend and will have no hesitation booking with them in future.

This is a lovely motel, well priced and very well located. Small kitchenette in our room with no oven, that's ok for 1 night stay. We had only 1 fork and 6 spoons . My sister and I managed, but we weren't eating steak . The bed is on the softer side. Overall clean place, but I am super picky and always check the walls and shower seals and those need some cleaning. Overall I would stay again .

Old, grubby, smelly and the shower drain was blocked and flooded the bathroom. I also paid for a late check out but the cleaner barged in early.

Bathroom needed a good clean...shower over bath with shower curtain...very sparsely stocked supplies cutlery crockery etc.

I can not recommend Ascot motor lodge highly enough. After an emergency Life Flight to Wellington Hospital the friendly staff were not only able to shuffle things around to give me a room , they got the room ready for a early Check in (11am, I had been up for 29hrs). I was called back to the hospital during the night and was unable to check out by 10am , I phoned them, explained and asked them to collect my (packed) bag and take it to reception until I was able to get back. They happily did this and showed great empathy for my situation. My heart felt thanks for your kindness and help at a very difficult time. Sincerely Karen

Lovely place to stay, really clean, beds very comfortable, reception welcoming. Great place to stay for access to the hospital. Parking which is perfect and they allowed us to park for a couple of hours after checkout whilst daughter going through chemotherapy. Will definitely be staying again.

Room 12 is very dated and not the cleanest.No air conditioning,very hot with only 2 small windows,curtains are hung wrong .Room service was not done eben when personally asked..
