This is under reservation and so far the hospitality is beautiful and the pressure the staff are under to get rooms available for late or last minute reservations we appreciate the staff so much for their hard work

Be aware of dodgy people entering the premises at night trying to break in.Cops did catch him, but still .Crime is everywhere

The hotel was booked for me for a 4 week stay for business.||The first room I was placed in had soap and rubbish from previous people. That was never cleaned out while I was there. Carpet and furniture were stained and smelly. Kitchen utensils less than basic. Pans filthy. The plug of the electric blanket was partially jammed into the powerpoint with pins bent and the blanket not working.. plain hazardous...||I then was placed into another room, which was not much better: the hairdryer in the bathroom was cracked and made concerning noises during operation. ||Two nights later at 01.25am the fire alarm went off for no apparent reason and the guests had to stand outside in the cold and rain. No management were present to explain the incident or control the evacuation which appeared to be a false alarm. Disaster just waiting to happen.||The next night a bunch of noisy people arrived (04.30am), using their phones while walking up and down the stairs. One of these guys decided to have a kip in the middle of the carpark.||After several complaints to the general booking email, the owner called a meeting (as a matter of urgency), during which he got very verbal and insulting, claiming that the soap and rubbish left by previous people had not been provided by the hotel (what a joke) and he was present at the fire evacuation. Instead of offering an apology for all the inconvenience he asked me to leave if I wasn't happy.

Management are rude. Rooms tidy but nothing flash. We weren't allowed to use the pool. Cleaners cleaned 2 times in the week were there. When the cleaners did come to clean they just walk in, no knock to let us know they were coming in. Very questionable standard of cleanliness. We witnessed the cleaner, using our dirty bed sheet to wipe down the kitchen bench in the room we had. Toilet wasn't cleaned by the cleaners at all in the time we stayed there. No toilet paper, when I asked for some the female manager was so rude. Male manager sneaks around going by all the rooms at night, looked as if he was spying on his customers. After speaking the managers regarding the cleaning we witnessed, they became extremely angry at us and threatened to call the police on us. I will NOT be recommending the motel to anyone. Well and truly over priced, and NO they DO NOT accept campervans, even though there is a big red sign advertising campervan sites.

I don't usually provide bad reviews if disappointed but this place was beyond disappointing. ||||Since I had 2 rooms booked under my name, and my father's name, they decided to allow my father to cancel MY room since he didn't realise... They should have known I was the bride since I had booked several rooms MONTHS in advance. So when my husband and I got there, there was no room (we had booked the room with the whirlpool) and we had to wait for them to come and find us a room which ended up not being clean. When I complained the next day to the front desk, all they did was blame it on my father when in reality they should have been intelligent enough to understand what happened. ||||We had multiple guests who also had rooms there that complained of their rubbish not being emptied, not clean, etc. They tried to make up for it by giving us a 10 dollar discount and a "free" continental breakfast, which we didn't even want since we had family brunch plans the next day. ||||On top of all of it, a backpack of mine was misplaced and somehow ended up missing which was of value. I am not blaming their staff but I asked if it was found several times, and every time I called, whoever was running the desk seemed to have NO idea what I was talking about, making it clear they were not overly concerned about my lost items. ||||I heard it has been under new management in the past 6-7 months or so. Definitely would not recommend to anyone.

A little old but clean. The bathroom was fine with a spa bath. We had a room on the bottom floor and we heard people walking above us and them talking. There was no airconditioning so the people upstairs kept their windows open all night so it was probably noisier than usual. We could hear the water through the pipes when upstairs used the water.

The staff at this motel are really wonderful. I have stayed here a couple of times this year (the 2nd being this past weekend) and both times the staff have been really friendly and helpful. While it isn't modern it is always clean and tidy. It is hard to get an accommodation that is quiet in Wellington, this place is the quietest I have stayed in.
