Highly recommend this place. Great service, safe and warm greetings by staff. Deluxe room was clean and very peaceful. Close to local shops and sight seeing places. House keeper was friendly and did a great service in the room . Free parking. Close to family too.

Nice and close to my location needed. Nice clean tidy rooms and oh my God awesome shower pressure my biggest love. Service is A+ as I couldn't figure out the TV and the service desk man drop what he was doing and came and fixed it for me. Plenty of parking and awesome parking. And yummy cookies in the continentance jar. Highly recommend

Good service and great location. How ever, black mould everywhere. In the shower, tiles, in the carpet and all over the windows. Room absolutely stunk with wet mouldy carpet and it's not the first time I've had this in a room at this motel.

The room had a musty and damp odour when we arrived. I had a spa bath and when I pulled the plug the water gushed up out of the floor drain and flooded the bathroom floor completely and out onto the carpet beneath the door. It was like a lake. I had to clean it up in order to safely use the toilet without slipping on wet floor. We checked out and told the man on reception and he advised that they are aware of blocked plumbing issues and didn't seem at all surprised by what had happened. He said we shouldn't have cleaned it up as they have a cleaner who does it when we leave, and I had to explain that we didn't want to risk slipping over and hurting ourselves to use the toilet before we left. I asked for a partial refund as had we been advised of the plumbing problem then we would have booked somewhere else. He said we already had a discounted rate as we booked on the internet, I replied that this wasn't good enough. He offered 10% refund of $14.80. I accepted this and advised of pending review. We will definitely never return here again! Also having to fill jug from bathroom tap is a bit gross.

Very clean and modern rooms. Handy to restaurants and shopping mall. Easy walk to bus terminal.

I always wanted to critique this motel and this is my thoughts about my stay ,the rooms were spotless and the location was excellent for my purposes but the front of house staff need to take more time engaging with the customers as they pay up and leave rather then the perfunctory transfer of funds and walk off approach i received ,this is the last chance to create a good impression enough to get return business and takes so little effort to get it right

Located at an easy access, just perfect for staying. I stay in a 2 bedroom suite. Lovely rooms. Great facilities. Highly recommended.
