Landmark Bhairahawa

We are a family group of 3 people. Good staff services, especially Mr, Hritik.|The hotel room is comfortable. Check in is very fast with the welcome drink. The hotel also offer the resonable price for the airport tranfers service. Overall is good.

Excellent hospitality. Tasty food. Friendly service. Clean and tidy rooms. Staff helpful always with a smile. Pleasant environment everywhere. One of best place to stay. Can recommend for anyone who come to Nepal to visit Lumbini buddhist places.

The rooms are luxurious and the beds are very comfortable. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The restaurant has a combination of local food and European options (Italian, etc.) to accommodate different tastes. We didn't try the swimming pool but it looks nice.

Everything was very clean and the service was nice. Away from the noise of the city but not too far. Pool was nice. Staff were very friendly. Breakfast could have been better as there wasn't a lot of options. Overall good experience especially with kids

Best hotel in Bhairahawa. My room was spacious, modern, and had every amenity I could need. The bed was extremely comfortable, and I appreciated the attention to detail -- from quality toiletries to complimentary water and a well-stocked minibar.||The breakfast buffet was a highlight -- fresh, delicious, and with plenty of options. I also enjoyed a wonderful dinner at the on-site restaurant, with excellent service and a relaxing atmosphere.

The rooms were ok but the staff were very rude! They gave us unclean room to begin with and it only escalated towards the wrong end. We asked for fried rice which was in the breakfast menu (buffet) that we paid for and they say "it's only for the Koreans..." And the food spread was not that great and not many options. Overall the hospitality was not nice and I hope they stopped showing this type of behavior to the cutomers that pay to stay here

Staffs were very hospitable and accommodating . |Staff Aakriti and Hirtik were very pleasant and looked into our needs . |Hotel was clean and with the price . |If coming to Lumbini , stay here at Bhairawa. We stayed one night here on our way to Pokhara .
