Not good at all, zero service, zero management. no hot water, hotel attendence confused every time, it looks like as if some children are managing hotel. It was so good upto one years ago. but now seriosly it is one of the worst hotel of Nepalgunj.

As a manufacturer and exporter of Midlaj Plywood, with a primary client base internationally, especially from India, we have selected this hotel for our guests. It offers excellent quality in both accommodations and service.

I did not like the service of hotel city palace. I did not get proper water in the toilet and while using water I experienced some particles in it and the biggest thing that fell on my mind was that the price charged by this hotel, the service and the rooms were not of that level. I felt that I have been cheated whereas I was getting hotel diamond palace lords plaza in a regional price. I liked it very much, the service environment and the rooms are much better.

Stayed at this hotel a few years ago, and it was a decent experience back then. Unfortunately, things have changed. The room smells unpleasant, the bathroom is in disrepair, and the floors and walls are dirty. The only positive is the convenient location; everything else has declined significantly.

I've stayed at this hotel multiple times, and each time, there have been issues. Sometimes, there is no hot water, and despite raising complaints, no one seems to care. The staff are unprofessional and do not know how to respond to customer complaints. For instance, if you report that hot water is not available in the bathroom, they tell you to bathe with cold water. Additionally, whenever you go out, hotel staff follow you on the road to ask if you are checking out. They never resolve complaints promptly unless you go and shout at them. Although the hotel is somewhat expensive, it never provides the expected level of service. I will not stay here again and will recommend that my colleagues avoid this hotel as well.
