One Star - Would Not Recommend I had a terrible experience at this hotel. The room was dirty when I arrived--stains on the sheets, dust everywhere, and a musty smell that never went away. The staff was rude and unhelpful when I brought up the issues, and it felt like they couldn't care less about guest comfort. The air conditioning barely worked, and the walls were paper-thin--I barely slept because of all the noise from the hallway and neighboring rooms. On top of that, the breakfast was stale and barely edible. Definitely not worth the price. I will never stay here again.

Loved the behave of Front Desk Officer... He was too polite...Rooms needs upgrades as there is no charging port in pillows side, no small table nearby pillows for storing gadgets and personal belongings etc.... Rest enjoyed being here....

Worst experience star ta minus ma dinu parne ho. Back to 2076 it was good but now in 2081 it's worst. We had already booked one room and it was for Rs.3500 and when we reach there it looks like Rs.1000 costing room . Bed sheets were dirty,no slippers. It was so unhygienic. I will not go back to this hotel never ever. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone not even for my enemies. Very Unprofessional and rude staffs but the guard was so friendly. Around 6pm they asked us for dinner and we order 4 thali set for 9pm but unfortunately 2 of my friends said they will not have dinner so just after 2 minutes we asked them for 2 thali set only . And then they said it can't be cancelled ! bro seriously? You can't cook dinner within 2 minutes . It was all about for money lol. And then the dinner, the rice was not even warm everything was tasteless. I won't recommend this hotel never ever. Waste of money.

Was a good stay, for 2 days the receptionist was very cooperative nice guy. He was from kuleswor, i forgot my go pro there which he called and informed me about it. Mahadev temple is close by.

It's not good. Very bad service Everything is over priced. Bed sheets and bathroom were dirty. Will not recommend this so unmanaged and expensive according to their service.

We stayed here for family trip to Haleshi. They have enough rooms. They have attached bathroom with hot water. This seems to be a place with big garden among hotels in Haleshi. They also have packages that has accomodation, dinner and breakfast. The owner Mr. Ganesh is very hospitable. He areanged a local guide who works at Haleshi Temple. The guide explained well and took us to major sites of Haleshi. The hotel has restaurant with both indoor and outdoor seating. The Nepali thali there is so good. All the staffs from the guards, waiter, reception are all attentive. They have enough parking and the ambience is quite peaceful.

It's a dirty place. The bathroom smells like open sewage. Avoid touching the walls, doors, and windows as they have never been cleaned. Bed sheets are not washed, put in the sun only. They charged us 3.500 NPR for such a room. Avoid this place.

Wonderful Resort and very near to the Haleshi Mahadevsthan cave and monastery. Good and clean rooms with good food and the good caring staffs. We were all so glad to meet the owner Shri Ganesh jiu who is a gentlemen and was very kind enough to personally attend to our requests regarding the services.||A Resort where one can feel homely....
