Hotel Perfect Plaza

My experience at this place was far from satisfactory. To put it simply, it was not a good experience at all. I found no value in my stay and was left feeling completely unsatisfied. The services provided were the worst I've encountered. To make matters worse, basic amenities were not functioning properly. The elevator was out of order, which was incredibly inconvenient, especially when carrying luggage or moving between floors. Additionally, the heater was not working, making the stay uncomfortable, particularly during colder weather. Overall, I would not recommend this place to anyone. The lack of basic maintenance and poor service made for a very disappointing experience.

It was a delightful stay in this hotel, Staffs were pleased and welcoming. Rooms are also neat and tidy. My strong recommendation for everyone to choose this hotel for extreme satisfaction. Thanks to management of perfect plaza Hotel team for make our staying amazing.

Today Me and my wife came janakpur for the occasion of our wedding anniversary at 24th of falgun and we selected this hotel as it was good looking from outside and inside both and the service of the hotel was to great as the staffs were very helpful for us and rooms were very good and well designed

One of the best hotel in janakpur ever i seen.it is a very beautiful place.staff and management people are extra ordinary and politethe rooms were clean,spacious . Over alla great hotel to stay with your friends and family visiting HOTEL PERFECT PLAZA.

Very worse hotel very unprofessional behavior the owner is sooo worse and sooo bad never gonna recommend this property I was travelling with my guest they misbehaved with my guest and they judge guest according to nationality the owner is Soo unprofessional and they did very bad treatment and the food was worse the a\c was not working I will not recommend anyone in this worse property

The rooms and washroom was not clean. Bedsheet and cover had stain on it and when asked to change no one came to change it. The breakfast was overpriced. Not worth the value we paid. Also the cashier said she will only take cash nothing else which was inconvenient for us as tourists.

The hotel is very good and have a very good facilities and service and the staffs are very respectful and helpful for the costumers at last I want to say you should visit this hotel at least once when you visit in janakpur
