I'm pleased with the service, both the room and food were commendable. I appreciate the management's gesture to upgrade my room. The food is prepared bespoke, keeping our taste at the center. Located at the heart of Janakpur, at a walking distance from the main road, it's not just accessible but well-equipped to make your stay delightful. With a cordial team of staff, the hotel offers a congenial stay.

I spent a night with my family at this hotel, located in Ramanand Chowk near the petrol pump. It was a bit challenging to find using Google Maps due to a narrow passage and the crowd near the entry point off the highway. The hotel is relatively new. Our room was on the third floor, but there was no elevator, so we had to take the stairs, which was manageable. The room was clean and had basic amenities, though we did notice a few mosquitoes. One thing I truly appreciated was that I accidentally left my handbag at the reception, and the hotel manager promptly called me while I was still in town . The handbag contained important documents, so I was grateful for the timely call. Overall, the place was quiet, and with a few service improvements, it has the potential to become a great stay.

Hotel is Okay.|Service is also fine.||I found foods to be Fresh and delicious despite other faculties.||I lived in a Deluxe room which I came to know later on before sleep that it the room was full of dust which I didnt notice during Check In time.||Rest, everything is Okay. Seems conjusted but Okay.

The hotel is really good. Service is quite prompt, and food is ABSOLUTELY amazing. Rooms are also well maintained.

Had a great overall experience. The only downside: the window of the toilet is shared with another room so you can hear everything from the other side.

Location is not accessible to moderate big vehicle. Access is restricted by shaby & unlawful travel agency shops. Persons are kind but service is very dum & dull

Overall not bad. But neatness about bed sheet was not good. They should improve quilt cover bed sheet etc.

I must rate them 6 star for the kindness of the staff members. They are very helpful and humble. I required help at 5.30 am and one of their staff took me to the pharmacy on their own bike without even a single frown. Helped me procure a local SIM. Even the guard helped me get a proper auto guy. Hotel is located at a central place. Free from pollution Rooms could have been little more spacious. However, value for money. Good rooms. Neat and clean.
